Cozy, comfortable with a/c, this bungalow is walking distance to 3 Tables Beach/Waimea Bay, Foodland market and is across the street from the ocean! The bike path that runs from Sunset Beach to Waimea Bay is across the street keeping you in the coveted North Shore "zone"! Please ask about renting both sides for a total of 4 bedrooms 2 baths plus 2 outdoor showers.

The location was excellent, right on the main road (Kamehameha Hwy) with oceanviews. A very good supermarket as well as food trucks were very close by, less than 5-minutes walk. On the other side is a 10 minute walk to Waimea Beach Park. There is a very bright floodlight at the beach parking across the street, which reassured safety and access. The place itself is a charming beach cottage, with a large lanai and outdoor shower. The indoor shower had good pressure and plenty of HOT water. The queen size beds were very comfortable.

The place was filthy dirty and the tv did work but they replaced it without internet . The location was good for beaches . Just a really run down dirty place to stay .

There's always someone, once or twice a year that isn't happy no matter what you do. Please see all of our other happy guest reviews.This guest NEVER let us know that there were some cleaning issues or I would have immediately sent someone over. This is was perfect location when staying on the North Shore! We looked at a more expensive, updated option, but I’m SO glad we went with this home! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and had the beach right across the street to go to for sunrise and sunset. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We’ll be dreaming of our North Shore trip for a long time….it was amazing.

Perfect surf hut

Its location can’t be beat, and it serves all needs. It’s pricey for a surf hut, but north shore is not cheap these days either.

Lovely Stay

The location was lovely! It was a walkable distance to several beaches and snorkel spots, and was a short drive to the cute shops and restaurants in Haleiwa. The outdoor hose and shower were perfect for sand removal, so we never had issues with sand inside of the property. We were skeptical about the size for 3 adults, but actually found it to be perfect for us! Great stay!

Beach Bungalow

Home is your typical beach house, full of charm and great views. House is on smaller size, but has everything you need to take in the North Shore. Walk to Waimea Bay or food trucks and coffee. Beach is literally a stones throw away, calming waves can be heard with the windows open.To appreciate island life, a home like this is exactly what you need to feed the soul. Resorts are flashier, but to appreciate Oahu, North Shore is where you need to be.

Simple house great Location

It is located right by a few very nice beaches. There is a cove right acrees the street that is great for snorkling. Tons of fishes to see. Waimea beach is a 10 min walk. Great place to rent if you like the North shore.

On the beach

Clean and cozy house steps from an amazing beach and close to store, food trucks and just a short drive to shopping and scenic sites. Property manager responded to all communications rapidly and we had no problems. Ac worked great and kitchen had lots of the basics. Washer and dryer were the best after a day of sun and sand. Great stay

Foodland is a block away. Can see whales from your kitchen (wintertime) sharks cove is pretty much across the street. Food trucks. Perfect Hawaiian Hale.

North shore paradise

Avoid North Shore in winter months; waves too big to swim & enjoy the beaches. Had to drive an hour for a decent beach. House was ok. Location is amazing, but the house needs some updates & improvements. We weren't at the house much tho. Beds were comfy. Definitely island living. Could hear waves crashing all night, very peaceful. Beautiful scenery.

Best location

We’ve come to Hawaii many many times, always preferring the North Shore. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We could not have been more pleased. The location is perfect for us! Location, Location, Location!

We did not want to be in the crowded area of Honolulu so we decided on this property. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The property sits right across the street from the beach. You can hear the waves at night through the open windows. It is a beautiful area. There is a Foodland grocery store and food trucks within walking distance. The property is older but the location makes everything better. I will definitely stay here again if ever on Oahu!

Beautiful Location on the North Shore!

I grew up on Oahu and was coming home for a visit with my husband and our 15 month old. We wanted a place near the beach so we could walk and not have to do a lot of driving with all the baby gear. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Being able to walk across the beach to a calm beach where we could swim, snorkel, and just relax was the best. We also enjoyed the flexibility of walking to the foodland (grocery store) and food trucks near by. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and had an outdoor shower which was so nice after our time at the beach. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for all the memories!

Pupkea, the location was beautiful. The quality of the home was somnwhat rustic

As above the location could not have been better. Ideal on the North Shore of Oahu. The house was functional for the most part but there are several things that could be repaired or updated such as the laminate flooring and some lighting. The plastic adirondack chairs on the deck were brittle and actually dangerous. We picked up some other outdoor chairs to use on the deck. The view from the deck was a beautiful feature.

Home away from home

For the price, you can’t ask for a more perfect location. Literally right across from Three Tables beach. The only word is s of caution is that you have to cross the Kamehameha highway to get there, which is not too bad. The house has a beautiful deck to watch the sunset from and all the beach amenities you can ask for so you don’t have to spend money on them at the pricey North Shore shop nearby. There is an outdoor shower and hose which allows you to clean off before you go in the house. It’s very immaculate inside and all the comforts of home are provided including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even sunblock! There is a washer/dryer and all the basic kitchen necessities. The property manager, Cathy is SUPER friendly and responsive too! I look forward to coming back again soon!

North Shore Gem

This is a cozy home with the beach right across the street. Brand new patio deck which is a plus, being able to sit and watch the sunset. The grocery store Foodland is a close walk and very convenient. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is a lot of closet space for your luggage and clothes. The washer and dryer are old school but they are the best actually much better than the newer models. Loved the outdoor showers! The only suggestion I would recommended is a deep cleaning of the couch and chairs. Overall this is a nice home and being four adults it was enough space and did not feel crowded. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great beach shack central to all things north shore

The place is on par with all of the original buildings and houses in this area. Quaint and most importantly located right in the middle of town. This was our first trip to this island and I think it’s my favorite now. Got to surf every day 6-10’ waves for the 10 days of our stay, good parking, semi-quiet considering how close it is to beach and kam highway. Bathroom was small but accommodating and had showers only and no tub which was ok for us. We will be booking another trip in February and unfortunately this place didn’t show up again on our search or we would highly consider going right back to it again. Since the trip to Hawaii is pricy we may explore options to camp or “glamp “ on the east side of the island as this was def our big trip for the season but we had so much fun at haliewa and Velzyland everyday surfing and checking out pipeline that I’m itching for some more aloha in our lives
