Wunderschön gestalteten Multimillionen-Dollar gated Eigentum, gibt es zwei auf diesem Meer Eigentum gelegen Häuser. Das Haus am nächsten zum Meer wird vom Eigentümer bewohnt. Die Vermietung von Haus ist etwa 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt einen einfachen Zugang sowie eine Außenduschmöglichkeiten. Dieses Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Es verfügt über zwei komfortable Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten, eine große Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer.

Bekannt als das Surfen Hauptstadt der Welt, ist diese Unterkunft direkt am Meer, nur wenige Minuten von der historischen Haleiwa Stadt und nur eine halbe Meile von Waimea Falls Park! Die unverbaubaren Panoramablick auf die berühmte Chun Riff, Jockos und Essensreste (Prime Surf-Spots), werden Sie begeistern! My mom and I stayed here for a week, and everything was awesome. The house was nice, clean, gated, and close to the beach on the north shore. The location was somewhat convenience to al the places that we wanted to go to. We will stay here again if we ever return to Oahu. Our host Jim was great. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Oahu North Shore.

Beautiful Location. Very private and secure. Fabulous beach

Clean tidy no frills north shore beachfront. Attentive and responsive owner. Only issue is traffic noise on busy northshore hwy. many north shore properties have this issue. Would go back.

Garden Retreat

Chun's Reef is very private and a truly beautiful beach. There is a little ocean pool up the beach where the water is protected by the reef and more calm for a little snorkeling or swimming. We saw humpback whales in the distance. The little cottage in the back of the oceanfront home was very nice. As with all homes along this stretch of beach, this property is close to the main road.

Wonderful Location!

We were so happy about the location of this rental house. Just a few steps to the beach and you can walk to both Turtle Beach & Wiamea, with a short drive to Haleiwa. Although it wasn't the fanciest home, it was clean & very comfortable and had everything we needed plus some extras (like a bbq, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels & laundry). The owner Jim was very gracious & provided us with candles after an unexpected, wide spread power outage. We will definitely stay here again.

Chun's Reef Retreat

The Taylor family had an awesome stay in Chun's Reef, would definitely go back again just for the view, place was pretty basic which Jim acknowledged but was perfect for what we wanted and was also very affordable so no complaints there, the walk to the beach from front door was 30 seconds, the walk on to the beach and the view was priceless and made our 7 day trip in North Shore very enjoyable, great location and short drive or walk to the south (turtle beaches and Haleiwa) and North to Waimea Bay and Sharks Cove etc. Thank you Jim for sharing a piece of Chun's Reef with us

Beautiful Chun’s Reef

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Beautiful property and grounds. Having the ocean right at your fingertips was great. The house was immaculate; very clean and stocked. Internet worked well, washer and dryer available, AC in each room. It was a very comfortable stay for my family of 3. Location of property is perfect! The owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here. We wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this property again in the future.

Relaxed at Chun's Reef

We rented Chun's Reef in March and we were not disappointed. The location to a quiet beach, turtle sightings, friendly community and a relaxed trip was exceptional. Chun's Reef met our needs; it is clean, quaint and safe. We had access to beach chairs, boogie boards and a relaxed atmosphere. Jim was great to deal with. Very thankful that we chose Chun's Reef. Haleiwa was a great little town to visit-great restaurants and great food. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday without crowds and skyscrapers this is your spot. Thank you Jim for having a great place to stay.

Tremendous value in a fantastic location on fabulous beach

This is our 2nd time staying at Jim's this year and though the cottage it self is not ocean front (only 50 steps away), the privacy of the property and close proximity to Hale'iwa sure make it worth it. The cottage has plenty of space for 4 and great A/C for warm nights. Amenities are minimalist, may need to pickup additional items like dishwashing liquid, soap and paper towels. A small price to pay to stay in a paradise oasis. Jim is a great host and will do everything to help make your stay wonderful. Already planning our next trip in the fall. Mahalo Jim

Little cottage on the shore

It is a short walk through the property with acess to the beach which was great. The ownered had all the beach amenities for your use. Located just 10 minutes from Shark Cove on the North Shore where you can pick-up your your groceries. Rush hour traffic is far from the volume of a busy city but it can be heard. This guest house is a perfect size four up to four adults. The owner lives in the main house but you have plenty of privacy. We were out most days as the location is a 30 minute drive to many of the places and attractions the island has to offer.

Lush, beach adjacent North Shore cottage

My dear friend and I really enjoyed staying at Jim’s cottage. It’s much larger than it appears in the photos. Comfortably furnished with a well-stocked kitchen, it was a great jumping off place for North Shore beaches. We appreciated the ample towels and pillows, the effective AC and overhead fans, and the beautiful landscaping outside all the windows. Jim was very attentive, ready to answer questions and provide assistance. There’s a bit of road noise from the Kam Highway, but it sure was easy to get to Waimea or Pupukea. And surprisingly quick to drive to Honolulu. We also recommend the Haleiwa Seafood truck in town. Great grilled fish and really fresh salad

Fabulous Place!!

This was the perfect vacation rental. The house was clean, comfortable, modern, and had all the amenities you might need. It’s practically right on the beach which is where we sat and walked everyday. We often felt like we had the beach to ourselves!!! We were lucky enough to view sea turtles right there as well. The location is perfect....close enough to town and restaurants. Jim greeted us the day after we arrived and was extremely nice and friendly, yet very respectful of our privacy. The WiFi was spotty at times but other than that, there is nothing bad to say about this house. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again the next time I come to the North Shore!!! Thanks Jim for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Great House For Family of 4 With 2 Teen Girls

My family and I just got home from stay here! The first thing we said when we pulled in was “whoa!” The pictures do it no true justice, everyday was waking up in paradise. The owner is very nice as well, he spoke to my wife briefly as we arrived just to say hello. I met him a couple days later on the beach. Very nice guy, and is NOT at all invasive for your trip (which some reviews said). My family felt very safe and had more than enough privacy for us two girls 13 and 17. We enjoyed everyday. There’s a great Food Land super market down the hwy where we got drinks, pineapples and poke every single day. I’d also recommend trying Impossibles Pizza. We will definitely be back and have sent the listing to our parents and friends. Thanks again!

Ocean front Property

The house itself is well situated, well appointed, reasonably priced and was very clean. The first photo of the rental description- sandy beach and expanse of ocean- and the term ‘ocean front property’ led us to assume that there was ocean view from the rental house. There is not. Access to the beach is easy but is not the same as ‘ocean view unit.’ True, there was no claim to ocean view, and the unit is located on ocean front property, but we were disappointed.

Great beach!

First of all thanks a lot to Jim and his family for such a nice house. The location of the house is absolutely great. It is enough close to Honolulu and the airport for the purposes of evening's promenade but also enough remote from crazy Waikiki. North Shore is place for relaxing and Waikiki - for a hangout and parties. The house is very clean and fully equipped. Reviewing a description of the house we supposed it would be more remote from the owner's house. In fact it is located just behind the owner's on the second line from the ocean. However, there is no noise, I suppose neither guests nor owners disturb each other. The best thing of this property is a beach (therefore we have chosen it among other houses without owner's houses nearby). The beach is very private, long and beautiful. Most of time we were four people on the whole beach. We have founded places where it was possible to swim without special shoes, i.e. the entrance into the ocean was sandy and without stones. On the beach we have used bodybars, chairs, mats and towels kindly provided by the owner, i.e. it was very comfortable to bathe in the sun. One day lots of turtles come to the beach just near the house - it was amazing, we have touched them and made thousand of photos! Rental car is "must-have", because there are no stores and restaurants within a working distance. Overall, very nice house with a great great great beach! The best choice for it price.

This was an amazing place. Jim keeps an awesome property that is just right. It’s just isolated enough but still close to town. We found ourselves alone on the beach more than once. Very romantic. The property felt like home and was a great base camp when we just wanted to relax in the evening or spend time on the beach. When we come back to Oahu we will definitely rent from Jim again.

Simply amazing!

We loved staying here, right next to the beach on the North shore, what could be better. Private beach access at the end of the garden, outdoor heated shower, I even borrowed the surf board that Jim left for us and caught a few waves!

Parents birthday trip

I brought my parents over for their birthdays both during this week in March. It was the perfect cozy, but not cramped, little nest for us. Beautiful private beach and everything you could ever need or ask for. LocationIs perfect and convenient for restaurants, shops and hangouts on the North Shore, my favorite area of the island.
