The house also has a whole\-house water filtration system and water softener\. The guest remained at the property for the full duration of her reservation and only afterward requested a complete refund\. I declined her request because she had completed her entire stay. Our consistent history of four- and five-star reviews speaks for itself and is a far more accurate reflection of the property and the way we care for our guests.
