Sun filled cottage in the woods

A wonderful nature treat awaits. Our home is located on 10 acres bordered by land preserves in a densely wooded area with wetlands and a stream on property in the winter and spring. A wall of windows allows you to be in the nature whether inside or out. Very family friendly or a great escape for working remotely.

The space

The first floor has an open layout kitchen, dining, and living room.

Also the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds.

There is a full bath on the first floor as well.

The second floor features a loft area and master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom as well as a balcony.

The house does not have AC but ceiling fans in the master bedroom and main area as well as fans for the bedrooms. We've never found this to be a problem or considered installing AC in the 5 years that we've had the property.

During Summer months guests will be provided access pass to the Sharon Town Beach at Mudge Pond (pictures included). It's a special place with a well manicured beach, docks, diving boards, lot's of grass, BBQs, playground, pavilion. Wonderful place to spend the Summer day and this is the first year they are offering passes to short term renters. It's about a 20 minute drive from the house.
