Bluebird Valley Farmhouse is handicap accessible on the ground floor with a full roll in shower , bathroom. A master bedroom with a king sized bed and closet . Large sitting room with a 60" tv adjacent.
The kitchen is in the center of the house with a sun filled dining room on the south side with 180 ' views with a casual sitting area .
A study with a washer and dryer are all located on the ground floor .
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms with two queen sized beds and one set of twins along with another tv play room. A full bathroom .
Outside the kitchen there is a gas grill with a cafe table and three chairs. On the rear deck there are two rattan chairs small table and picnic chairs .

We had such a wonderful stay and truly felt at home here. The house was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for our family of six. The beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. We especially loved having several different sitting areas, which gave us the perfect balance of spending time together and having a quiet moment to ourselves.The beautiful gardens were such a lovely bonus and created a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The location was also fantastic and made it so easy and convenient to explore the area.This home was everything we could have hoped for and more.We made some lovely memories here.

Such a charming and well appointed house. We loved the lake access down a short and beautiful trail. House is very well located, surrounded by farm country on a road with very little car traffic and just a short drive from Millerton town. House itself is very charming, well decorated and landscaped and has truly everything you could ask for in a rental house. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Margaret Jo’s home is stunning. The gardens, the decor, the comfort and its perfectly appointed. It was an honor for us to have stayed in this impeccable home. directions to the house and access to it were very well communicated and easy. This home is a great spot in The Berkshires. This is our second stay here and both were excellent. The home is well appointed - very comfortable to make your own meals however for dining out we did Willa's and Woodlands - both excellent. A wonderful walk to lake on the property and lots of great activities near by. I highly recommend!!

A Fabulous Farmhouse

If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at Bluebird Farmhouse. It is so charming with wonderful artwork throughout this warm and comfortable home. What a beautiful home!

This may be the best vacation property that I’ve ever rented. It was so beautiful, so clean, so comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with all we needed. The owner even brought us some fresh corn on the cob. Thanks for hosting us!

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay. It was everything and more than the listing said. Margaret was very responsive to our inquiries and available if we needed her. The Bluebird Valley Farmhouse was very comfortable. It offered areas for group activities and quiet areas for those of us needing some down time. The grounds were beautiful and offered varied sitting areas. We highly recommend this place.
