* The pool and spa are NOT covered nor protected by an enclosure
* We are flexible with check-in and check-out times if we don't have other guests that same day. Must request at time of booking as housekeeper schedule is set in advance and can't be changed last minute.
* House is located on a wet/dry beach. What that means is during low tides, there is beach to walk and play on, and during high tide the water may come up to the house, which could limit your access to the beach. Also, during times of big swells plus super high tides, the beach can become rocky. We cannot guarantee the surf and beach conditions/access at anytime so
please keep this in mind when booking and check the tide charts when planning your trip and your days while staying here.
