With almost new construction, our exceptionally new and clean condo offers you 3 spacious bedrooms, all with full private, en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located upstairs. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and a full size bath. Bedroom 2 offers two queen size beds, a walk in closet and full bathroom with a double vanity. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and offers a queen size bed, walk in closet and full size bathroom.

A half bath is located just off the living room and stairwell.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal in or prepare your favorite tail gate foods. A large island accommodates 6 people and a drop leaf dining table seats 4. The perfect place to enjoy a meal or play games (some games are provided). Open to the living room, a comfy sectional is the perfect place to relax after the game or curl up and watch your favorite movie or TV show.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. All smart TV's allow you to connect to YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Just sign in with your own ID and enjoy.

A separate laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
