The space comes with a spacious living room, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower. An oven and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee maker.

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

• $75 per dog pet fee
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
