Our family-friendly, single-story home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of Mira Mesa. Less than 1 mile to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, shopping centers while just a short drive to beaches, hikes, parks, local breweries & San Diego attractions. The entire home offers a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen and dining up to 8, comfy beddings, memory foam mattresses in all rooms & newly turf yard with patio furniture for a comfy, relaxed stay.

*THE SPACE*
Our 3bed/2bath home offers a bright, open, vaulted ceiling entrance into a spacious living room. Equipped with a wine/beverage fridge; a bar area made to store your most delicious drinks. Also enjoy the high-speed wifi, streaming through Samsung Smart TV and central AC/heating controlled by Nest Thermostat. Come hang out and BBQ in our private backyard, kick back and relax on our spacious yard and enjoy the beautiful sunshine! Our home is perfect for families or a small get together!


*BEDROOMS*
-Master bedroom with a queen bed, views of the patio, an office table and chair, walk-in shower with a walk-in closet.
-2nd guest gray room with queen bed has views of the backyard.
-3rd guest room with full bed, dresser and mirror.
-Additional queen air mattress can be used in the living room.
-All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, extra pillows & blankets.


*BATHROOMS*
-Master bath includes a walk-in shower.
-Guest bath has a bathtub that includes a shower and handheld combo.
-Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash along with a variety of baby products available.
-Cotton pads, Qtips, hair dryer, and other essentials are available.


*KITCHEN AND DINING*
-Fully equipped kitchen with dining up to 8.
-Complementary coffee, teas, sugar, creamer, & sweeteners.
-Microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, InstaPot, rice cooker, blender, baking sheets, measuring cups, spices, and many others are stocked for use.
-For families, a highchair, babies & toddlers’ dinnerware are also available.


*BACKYARD & LAUNDRY*
-Private, fenced in backyard, covered by an 11 ft Sunbrella umbrella, patio furniture overlooking the new, luscious turf, perfect for hanging out, for little ones to roam around on or to enjoy a nice meal outside!
-The front yard is turf, with parking spaces for 2 cars on the driveway and ample free street parking.
-LG washer and dryer with complementary detergent and dryer sheets/dryer balls.

*PARKING*
- Two cars can be parked on the driveway.
-Ample free street parking
-Garage is mainly used for storage but can park 1 car.

Additional portable heater or standing fans are available.

**Please send us a quick message to let us know the reason of your travel and around what time you'll be checking in. ** :)

-Please help keep the home clean and kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.
-Please respect all areas, towels, and sheets. If the home is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
-This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please be respectful to the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
-Please disclose all guests during your reservation. We do not allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation or visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guests are subject to an additional $25 per guest per night.
-No parties allowed.
-No pets allowed. Violation is $150 or more per stay.
-No smoking or drugs of any kind inside or around the vicinity of the property. The smoking violation is $500 or more if cigarettes, smoking devices, or smell are found on the property.
-Please note that there is a gas fireplace, but it is not for use and does not work.
-For reservations over 28 days, the following cancellation policy applies: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
-Please note that security cameras are in the front door entrance, garage, and backyard of the home. These will only be used to confirm the number of guests, safety and security of the guests, and the property.
-The owners assume NO liability for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, and owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
