This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
One of the countries first suburbs, Clairemont’s homes were placed on the mesas, and its canyons still boast natural vegetation and wildlife. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local parks and plentiful shopping scene, not to mention taste the incredible variety of international cuisine available in this community. The climate of San Diego means it’s perfect for those who love the outdoors. The canyons separating the mesa-top neighborhoods are full of trails for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several large parks.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
PET POLICY:
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

Owner grants you and other members of your party a non-exclusive permission to use the following equipment located on the premises at your and other members of your party own risk and expense:

* Vibration Therapy Equipment : All vibration therapy equipment located in the garage.
* Massage Chair: All Massage chair located in the garage.
2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and understand that the use of Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or death. You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and Air Concierge Inc, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:
* Defects or malfunctions in the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair.
* Improper or negligent use of the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair by Tenant or any other person.
