The owner is so nice and an experienced landlord. The house is very spacious and well-laid out with a huge yard that has an outdoor nice seating area, a grill, and an artificial turf lawn and a gravel area for the dogs. They have some lawn games in the garage, camp chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. It was recently converted from a long term rental and you can tell that there is still some work in progress by the house is in good condition. The beds are comfortable and bedding and pillows are new. The kitchen has nice amenities like a Ninja and Cuisinart food processor, nice pots and pans and glassware, but lacking a couple of basics like a wine bottle opener, pepper, sugar. It would be nice to have body soap and conditioner in all bathrooms. The house has really comfortable and high quality furniture but could use a few more chairs (it only has 4 at the kitchen table plus 4 high tops at the counter but has 5 bedrooms) and some blankets (the beds have a thin coverlet and sheets). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It appears that the vast majority of properties are homeowners. It’s a short walk to the community pool and parks. 25 min to Del Mar beach.
