Villa Saguaro is a new construction home in the exclusive Fundadores. Villa Saguaro fits seamlessly into its grand surroundings with a mix of private amenities and upscale modern appeal. There are walls of glass and large windows in Villa Saguaro that open up home to the beauty of Puerto Los Cabos.
Guests can spend their time relaxing on the beach that is only a 200-yard walk from Villa Saguaro's doorstep. The home has many outdoor amenities with a swimming pool, a spa, a lounge area, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill. There are many things for guests to do outdoors while taking in the amazing views that surround Villa Saguaro.

The home has a peaceful courtyard, that capitalized on ocean views, where guests can relax. There is an amazing flow from the outdoor space of the home to the indoor space. The indoor interior is inspired by the outdoors with ocean blue and natural hues, and abundant wood finishes that flow throughout each room. Throughout the home, there are high ceilings and natural elements as well as modern touches. The indoor living and entertaining areas of Villa Saguaro include a game room equipped with a billiards table, a calming massage table, and an indoor paddleball court.

Staying in a Villa Saguaro rental comes with the added bonus of full access to the Fundadores Beach Club for just $250 for the whole group. This fee covers usage for up to a week and allows all guests in the villa to enjoy its amenities, which include a restaurant, pool, hot tub, gym, massage room, and the beautiful beach. With the Fundadores Beach Club, you can relax, rejuvenate, and make unforgettable memories during your stay in Los Cabos.

STAFF AND AMENITIES
-Gourmet chef : Our chefs will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or drinks needed throughout the day. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed.
-Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.
-Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.
-Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
-Destination Planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.
-L'Occitane Toiletries: Villas will be stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or equivalent replacements.
-Restaurants, boutiques, beaches, golf and tennis: Just a short walk or golf cart ride away from your villa
-Offsite activity coordination and in-residence spa services

Transportation: If you don’t require a dedicated driver and van during your stay, we can still quote and arrange round-trip transportation to and from the villa. Our airport transportation options include a Suburban, which typically fits up to 6 passengers, or a Sprinter van for up to 15 passengers.
