Casa Azul is located in the popular Gulf Gate neighborhood near the best Sarasota has to offer. This single-story ranch home is ideal for those guests with special mobility needs and offers an airy open concept living space. You’ll also find plenty of parking.

Just a few of the special touches include new furnishings and appliances (including a washer/dryer), ultra high-speed internet for streaming your favorite shows and movies, YouTube TV, and Smart TVs in all the bedrooms.
Outdoors, the whole family will enjoy hanging out in the large common area and don’t forget a good ol’ fashioned family barbecue with the grill!

Living Spaces

The large open concept living room has cool porcelain tile floors throughout. An oversized leather sectional sofa is the perfect spot to relax at the end of a fun day exploring Sarasota. Feel like curling up with your mobile device or a book? Snuggle up into one of the two side chairs with a convenient side table for your drink or snack. If you’d rather have a quiet conversation with a companion, there’s a lovely private seating group tucked away in the dining room area, outfitted with two oversized blue chairs. Turn on the massive 75" TV for a fun movie night.

This gorgeous, gourmet fully equipped kitchen will have the family chef swooning! Complete with sleek stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters, and a long peninsula bar with seating for 4, you’ll feel like Gordon Ramsay or Ina Garten, as you create your own culinary magic!

The breakfast nook sits adjacent to the kitchen, in front of a bay window. Sip your morning coffee as you watch the neighborhood waking up and the sun rising higher in the sky.

The larger dining room offers a modern rustic table for 8 and offers a perfect opportunity to catch up on the day’s events and plan for more activities tomorrow.

Bedrooms & Baths

The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, with an oh-so-comfortable king-size bed and a chaise lounge, perfect for an afternoon nap or to enjoy a few minutes of alone time. The dual bedside tables and lamps make it easy to enjoy a few pages in your book before turning off the light. For those who need to check in with the office, a desk provides a private workspace.
The luxurious bathroom feels like a day at the spa, with a free standing clawfoot tub, dual vanities, and an oversized walk-in shower. An enormous closet sits right behind, providing abundant storage space.

Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed and comfortable seating area, with dual nightstands and lamps, and a cooling ceiling fan. Cozy bedroom #3 also offers a king-size bed. Two rollaway beds are available for additional guests. The hall bath with an oversized vanity and walk-in shower is shared between bedrooms 2 & 3.

All bedrooms feature high-end furnishings, plenty of space for storing clothes and luggage, and Smart TVs for entertainment.

Outdoor Amenities

You’ll love the big yard, with mature native trees, as well as a privacy divider between you and the neighbors. There’s nothing behind you, so your view is simply the beauty of the natural world.

In the garage, guests will find plenty of beach supplies, including beach cruiser bikes, beach toys, beach wagon, floats, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs. The front-loading washer and dryer is also located here.
Other things to note
This is a very quiet residential street, where your neighbors live and work so no parties or events of any kind. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

This is a NON-SMOKING property. (Fines and cleaning fees apply if violated.)

All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

No more than 8 guests allowed in home including visitors.

Please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm.

Parking for up to 4 cars maximum. No street parking is allowed at any time.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
