The second bedroom is equally spacious, and has two full-size beds, with a Smart TV and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity, with a shower/tub combo. There is a gorgeous room which is perfect to kick back and relax after a long day of adventure with two adding day chairs, and a couch. The other room is perfect for your remote office, that has a desk and a cozy couch.

Outside, the well-maintained landscaping adds to the charm of this Sarasota residence, and the backyard provides ample space for outdoor activities. The sunroom seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience that Florida is known for.

A work in progress

This review mirrors the one left on VRBO; however, what was left out was the kindness of Beth Evans and one of the maintenance employees, Evan. They both were doing their best to remedy the issues we were experiencing. In a nut shell upon arrival: no instructions on how to operate the key pad; no binder/check list on what was required when vacating property; refrigerator had no water source for ice/water dispenser; the microwave was installed way too high, a definite hazardous situation; there is no door to the master bathroom from the bedroom, no privacy; the only lights in the bedrooms were on the ceiling fans which were operated by a chain; promised garage usage unavailable as door would not work (the garage was apparently being used as a workshop for the renovations); window coverings, what there were of them, were embarrassing; no window coverings on either of the sliding glass doors or the large kitchen window which provided no privacy to someone walking through the backyard at night with a flashlight, which happened. While these are many negatives, they are easily remedied. This property has great potential. The layout was nice; the kitchen was well stocked with all essential dishes/cookware; the location is wonderful. Very well centered, yet private, to all activities and shopping. We got the feeling it was rented before it was finished. We wish the owners much success in renting this property, as it truly has merit; it just needs the finishing touches done before renting...and please install proper window coverings on ALL windows.

While this property has great potential, it’s not quite there. It's spacious and has some very nice features. The kitchen was well stocked with essential dishes/cookware. The microwave was installed way too high, very hazardous when retrieving a hot dish. The icemaker/water dispenser in the refrigerator was not hooked up to water source. Paper window coverings were shameful, what there were of them. Both sets of sliding glass doors and the kitchen window did not have any window coverings whatsoever...no privacy from neighbors walking through the back yard at night. There is no door leading into the master bath from the bedroom, again no privacy. No access to the garage as promised; it was apparent it was being used as a workshop for the remodel. There needs to be a list left somewhere in the house for checkout procedures. Some of these issues are not major, and can be fixed easily enough. So don't overlook this property as it truly has great potential, but they need to completely finish before renting. The neighborhood is very nice and so convenient to just about everything.
