There are two bedrooms that sleeps up to four guests comfortably. It is a 10 minute drive to UF's campus and Downtown Gainesville, two of the best areas in town!

My sons and I really enjoyed our stay. The Host couldn’t be more pleasant and accommodating. We highly recommend if you’re in Gainesville area and looking for a place to stay.

Let’s start with the positive:We arrived about an hour early and the host allowed us to go ahead and check in early, which was nice.The property was also about a 30 min walk to the stadium. So for us it was a perfect location to not worry about finding parking or dealing with traffic. As far as the actual property, the condos appear a little run down. The parking lot is in shambles as well as the outside. When we got inside, the first thing I noticed was nothing looked clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. The tub was absolutely disgusting. Not a single towel existed in the whole place, not even a bathroom towel. There was one solitary washcloth. When I notified the property manager, she asked me to look again. I checked every drawer, every cabinet, even in the closets, and no towels. She said she’d have some sent asap. We waited for the towels for a couple of hours before we finally had to leave for a birthday dinner. When we got back, she had door dashed 4 unwashed towels from Dollar General. They were so cheap, you were still wet after drying off, but now covered in turquoise fuzzies as well. And still no hand towels or wash cloths. The fridge was older so no icemaker, which was fine, but there weren’t even ice cube trays, so no ice and no container to keep ice. Also, only one outlet worked in the master bedroom, and the wifi router was plugged into it so basically had one plug to use. Which meant only one of us could charge our phone at night.

Terrible experience!

Unfortunately, my experience with this host/property has been a nightmare. As a frequent VRBO guest, I regret writing my first poor review, but as this host has failed to deal fairly or responsibly, I felt obligated to warn other travelers. Reserved to move my daughter into UF. Arrived at the property after a 20 hr drive from NY, to find 2 lockboxes on the door, 1 with an entry code for us, and a 2nd with a key for 3rd party access. Highly concerned that as guests we did not have exclusive access. While trying to get in, we had a frightening encounter with a male neighbor. We finally got in, to find the apartment unclean, with hair, crumbs and stains on the furniture, in the bed, and in the bathroom. I reported the problems to the host immediately, explained we did not feel safe staying in the premises, and vacated immediately. We spent the next hours driving around trying to find an available hotel. I spent 2x the cost at a hotel, had to shorten my stay and change hotels due to lack of availability. I requested a refund of our payment as the premises was uninhabitable, and respectfully and patiently followed the host's requests to send photos of the issues, and to contact VRBO for refund. After numerous emails where the host said her "team was looking into it" she has ceased responding. The host did not provide the service promised, and unfairly received a payment she did not deserve. Gave plenty of opportunity for host to correct situation, but she was unwilling. Beware!

This location is ideal to explore everything Gainesville has to offer. There is a corner desk workspace in the condo. The pool is open for guests to enjoy the Florida sunshine during their stay ! This unit does not have a washer and dryer, however, there is a paid laundry room in the complex.

Guests will be provided with two parking passes that they can leave on their dashboard. Parking passes are required, vehicles without a pass will be towed. Guests can park anywhere within the complex. Please make sure to return the passes, guests will be charged for any unreturned parking passes.
