As noted in our listing, this is an older home, and while we work hard to keep it clean and comfortable, we understand that some guests prefer more modern accommodations. We take cleanliness very seriously and have shared your comments regarding the floors with our housekeeping team so they can investigate and ensure our standards are being met. Regarding the pet fee, the initial pet fee covers bringing pets to the property. The additional charge was assessed only after our cleaners documented that extra cleaning was required due to pet hair beyond what is considered normal after a stay. We strive to apply these charges fairly and only when additional cleaning is necessary. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
