very nice stay. would stay again. the tile on the shower floor definitely needs some work. pieces were stabbing the bottom of the foot in certain spots. only other requests to add would be a mattress topper and a more comfy couch. everything else was great!

The host was very responsive and professional. The condo was nice and view was phenomenal. I wish they had a better quality bed and closet shelf was high enough to keep clothes off the floor, but that’s nothing for amazing vacay! I significant amount of shower tiles were loose and covered with slip mat that worried me because I have a mobility disability but that was my only real issue. I would stay again with hopes of the tile being repaired but my stay was still a blessing and I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay. I do recommend this condition and host.

Girls trip

We had a little girls trip and it was great. I would definitely recommend and book here again. The ceiling fan does need to be seen about, it make a noise while in use.

As mentioned on RealJoy and Vrbo websites, "improvements are taking place at Sunbird Condominiums throughout 2023 and into 2024. These property updates will require certain unit balconies and pools to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest's entire stay depending on the phase of construction. The main pool will be closed early Spring and is expected to remain closed until further notice. We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made. Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings. We had a great stay. The condo is beautiful. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Balcony had a great view. Everyone was nice. It was safe. Security does a great job, but are very friendly. Everything was great.

Spring get away

It was nice for a short stay, had everything we needed the property the unit is located on was well kept and secure. The bed was not comfortable in the least and the floors were sandy upon entering our unit. There was even a significantly large pile of sand in the bathroom. Appliances were nice and updated and the view is amazing!

Nice get away

The property is older, and they were doing upgrades. Lots of work going on during the day and one day we were without water most of the day. Besides the construction, very quiet area and easily accessible to everything we needed

Had some difficulty getting parking pass and wristbands upon arrival as the office was never open. Had to purchase from security. Bit of back and forth and hassle, but other than that it was fine. Balcony was worth it. Room was clean. Overall would stay again.
