Family vacation

We had a great stay, house fit us all perfectly! It was clean and cozy. The outdoor patio and pool were very nice. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the house. Took our daughter and friends and they really enjoyed the pool and going to the beach. Several beaches were very close by. The only complaint we had was we had issues with the toilet in the hallway the entire time we were there they did send a plumber out. Guy was kind of rude pretended like he took the toilet off.

This place was amazing. We have had terrible issues prior with other listings. This place was amazing and the property manager was wonderful and responsive. The place was great, heated pool was great. We will be back and we can’t wait.

Thank you for staying at the House on 84th. It is the perfect house for a girls get away weekend. It is private and quiet, with a great pool and outdoor living space. But it is close to the beach, great restaurants and all the night life. Truly the best of both worlds. Please plan another girl's trip soon. We would love to host you again.

The house was clean and well maintained. The pool and backyard was gorgeous. However, the house sleeps 8 people but there is only one functioning toilet. We reached out to management and they attempted to fix it twice. Neither time was successful. The management company told us it was a known issue, yet clearly nothing has been done.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay in Seminole, from the house, the pool, proximity to the beach and grocery stores! The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and made it easy for family breakfasts and dinners! The beach was beautiful, we went to Indian Rocks beach when we went to the beach, and the Clearwater pier to watch the sunset. Clearwater was an easy drive and definitely worth it for sunset! Everything was perfect, I didn’t want to leave. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The unique waterfall style pool is gorgeous and just begging for someone to jump right in. Great and comfortable time

We experienced a delay in retrieving the check in instructions prior to arrival. Fortunately, the toll-free number provided gave us the information needed upon arrival. Everything was smooth going forward. Clean, comfortable, and already recommended the property.

Great layout, lots of room

Overall the location and layout of the property was great. I would say the only frustrating part was not having enough cleaning supplies. They left out 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods. We only had a small roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags, no cleaner of any sort. We loved utilizing the gorgeous kitchen but it was found it was a challenge when trying to clean up withthe lack of these supplies. Id reccommend this property for its great location and and spacious layout

The beach is only a few minutes away. We are sorry you were frustrated with the lack of cleaning supplies. We notify our guests that we only provide a start up supply of items such as dishwasher pods, laundry pods etc. We allow guests to purchase what they like after that.
