As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the bright, welcoming interior and spacious layout designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

This home offers four beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups traveling together.

Bedroom Layout

Primary Suite (King Bed – Ground Floor)
A luxurious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed with high-quality linens and a private ensuite bathroom. This room provides a peaceful retreat after a long day at the beach.

Bedroom 2 (King Bed)
Beautifully decorated with a comfortable king-size bed and calming décor, perfect for relaxing.

Bedroom 3 (King Bed)
Another spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, ideal for couples or additional guests.

Bedroom 4 (Queen Bunk Bed)
A fun and unique bedroom featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Perfect for kids, teens, or groups traveling together.

The living room includes comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place for movie nights or unwinding after a day exploring the area.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or step outside through the sliding glass doors to the private backyard patio to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Additional Information

• Propane for the grill is not provided, but tanks can be exchanged at nearby hardware stores.
• Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) are provided for the first few days of your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed.
• This home is not wheelchair accessible.
• The property is equipped with exterior security cameras, similar to hotels, for safety and security.

Pool Heater Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that all amenities, including the pool heater, are functioning properly for your stay. However, as with any mechanical system, occasional malfunctions may occur.

If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that compensation is limited to the refund of the pool heating fee only if the heater is not functioning properly.

**Pool Information**

Our pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor setting. Since it is located outside, it’s normal for some natural debris like leaves or small foliage to occasionally make its way into the water, especially depending on weather conditions.

Please note that small amounts of leaves or debris do not make the pool dirty or unusable — the pool is properly maintained and sanitized with chlorine to ensure it remains clean and safe for swimming.

The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability.

For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay.
