This eight-bedroom vacation home has it all!

Professionally decorated and located within the amenity-rich Windsor Island Resort, this home offers an open floor plan and ample space for your entire group. Check out the virtual tour in the photos section to get a better idea of the space!

The first floor features a large gathering area with a light and airy theme and a large 65" smart TV. Upstairs, you'll find a funky loft with another 65" smart TV and a pool table, perfect for movie nights and some competitive fun.

For sleeping, the first floor features two large bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with a private walkout to the heated pool and spa. Upstairs, you'll find six additional bedrooms, each with a smart TV.

Like any good home, the kitchen is the heart! Prepare dinner together in the full kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, everyday accessories, utensils, and dinnerware. At mealtime, take a seat at the counter, pull up a chair at the enormous dining table for 12, or take advantage of the provided BBQ and enjoy a meal poolside.

Outside, enjoy time under the sun in the private, screened lanai. Pool toys are provided for fun and relaxation in the pool and spillover pool spa. The furnished patio includes chaise lounges, a full patio set, and BBQ for your use. There is also a large ceiling fan to keep the breeze flowing on hot days.

This was a great property for our family of 16. Really spacious and clean. It was a great base to explore all the theme parks. The clubhouse was good for rest days as was the pool and jacuzzi, which was lovely and hot. Had essentials we needed like plenty of pool towels, each bathroom had toilet paper and soap. We could have used cleaning products to clean the grill. Also more hangers in the wardrobe and some chalk for the pool cues would be handy but those are only icing on the cake. We had a brilliant time and we like look to stay again.

The house was absolutely stunning. Immaculate home, we had everything that we needed. There were no issues with the home at all. Beautiful development. Wish it were warmer (obviously no fault at all to the owner). The host provided all information up front, in detail prior to check in. Beautifully designed, well maintained home.

Our group of 11 ranged from 22 to 75, and this place nailed it for everyone. If you've traveled the Disney area as a young adult, you know the vibe at most resorts — chair hoarders, dirty looks, an atmosphere that makes you feel unwelcome unless you have a stroller. This was the complete opposite. Real energy, people actually living their vacation, and yet step inside your house and you hear none of it. Best of both worlds.The house undersells itself in photos — we walked in to something noticeably bigger and nicer than expected. All 11 of us had space without being on top of each other. It was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in, with soap stocked in all 6 bathrooms — a small thing that matters a lot for big groups.The resort delivers exactly what it shows. Lazy river, pool, waterslides — fun for every age, never overcrowded. Mini golf looks small but plays big, don't skip it. All amenities are free including the game room. Kids were having the absolute time of their lives, and we noticed tons of "friend families" traveling together — which tells you everything about the vibe.Gated resort, great security, seamless check-in, excellent host communication. Tons to do within 30 minutes but you honestly don't have to leave.Great value, beautifully maintained, genuinely welcoming. We'd book again tomorrow.

Great property

Beautiful and clean property, love the interior design! Spacious kitchen and dining table, modern living room area. Great bedrooms! Kids and adults enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and pool table. Great communication with property manger. Would love to come back again in the future!

Overall, the house is quite pleasant. The bedding, pillows, and bath towels are very old, and everything looked a bit dirty. It even had a slight odor. We had to buy pillows because the ones provided were impossible to sleep on. The bathrooms didn't even have a mat to step on after showering. The bedrooms had a thin sheet and a fleece blanket that honestly looked dirty. I had to use it because there was nothing else to cover myself with. Some rooms didn’t even have a blanket. The house had a smell of dead fish when we arrived, a mix of cleaning products and dirty cloths. There was no dish soap to wash the dishes, but there was a sponge, which was confusing. The sofas and fabric headboards also need a good cleaning. In short, the space is good, but there was a lack of care with cleanliness and essential items for guests, like towels and bedding.

Just no. Firstly- Terrible amenities. Not nearly enough towels and blankets do that many bathrooms. Hot tub and pool were never heated fully, making the hot tub unusable. Secondly- the house was not cleaned when we arrived. Although the host was able to get a cleaning crew out eventually, no timeline was provided so our group was forced to uber out after a long day of traveling and wait without any communication whatsoever. The host refused to compensate us for evening, only offering 150. The entire evening should have been compensated as the cleaning crew did not finish until nearly 10:30 at night. Security is a disaster. It takes 20 minutes to get into the complex each evening. Don’t be fooled- this place is not close to Disney or espn. Be prepared to spend quite a bit of money on ride shares. Lastly, the host is unresponsive and unkind. He clearly has several properties in this complex and gets them confused. The pictures will trick you into believing this is the perfect place for your large group. Stay somewhere else!

We take accuracy seriously and must clarify the record. There was an unforeseen scheduling error with our third-party cleaning provider, which resulted in the home not being ready at check-in. The moment we were notified, we acted immediately to have the property serviced as a priority. All communication from our side was prompt and documented within the platform and via text. We respectfully reject the claim that we were unresponsive. We replied in a timely manner, provided updates as they became available, and remained in contact throughout. Due to the cleaning team traveling from a distance during rush-hour traffic, an exact arrival time could not be guaranteed, but we communicated transparently based on the information we received. As a goodwill gesture — not an admission of fault beyond the initial delay — we issued a 50% refund for the affected night. We believe this was a fair and proportionate resolution. While we regret the inconvenience caused by the cleaning delay, the assertion of unresponsiveness is inaccurate and not supported by the documented communication history. In regards to the photos, just like at hotels, we don’t take a new photo each time we decide to change the bed sheets so yes it may look a bit different. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and addressing issues swiftly should they arise. Shoufa

We gave it a 5 star because we had a great time although there were some issues they were addressed promptly. PROS: The host was very attentive to our needs and issues we had. The heated pool was amazing. We spent so much time in the hot tub. Tip: let it run one full hour before getting in. It takes a while to heat up. We were able to enter the rental 2 hours earlier. Parking, make sure you park on the side of the street that is not marked no parking. One of our guest was towed and that was quite the hassle. CONS: definitely need more towels. One per person is not enough. No math mat towels either. They did manage to bring us more towels thankfully. Washing machine & Drier need an update.The drier takes 3 cycles to dry. The first bedroom doesn’t have a TV. Thankfully we had enough rooms for everyone because no one wanted that room. There are no comforters on the beds as per the photos in the listing. They informed me they were for show in the listing. They did leave a thin throw blanket on each bed. They did give extra blankets to us after we complained. Nothing to clean the grill with. We had no choice but to leave it dirty. Only used it once because we couldn’t clean it. We didn’t feel like buying cleaning supplies for a rental property grill. Need new cooking pot and pans. Great house, great location, great host!

The house was perfect for our volleyball team who stayed for AAU Nationals. We all had more than enough room and Shoufa was quick to help when we needed! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved just about everything about it.The one critique that we had as a group is that the house lacked towels and supplies. While it was made known that the bare necessities would be all that was included, it was in fact the bare minimum.The bath towels were left on each bed, two per king bed, the other size beds had only one I believe. There were several pool towels in the closet, but not enough. There was also no laundry detergent to wash them anything we needed to night 1. There were no wash cloths in any of the bathrooms, only a hand towel per sink. Not every bathroom sink had hand soap, although it looked like maybe each sink should have had a very small round “bar” of soap but not all did. There were travel size shampoo and conditioners in each of the bathrooms. The was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, several of which weren’t full rolls.The kitchen had one roll of paper towels, two single use dishwasher soap packets, a few trash bags and a single dish towel. There was also no soap for washing hands or dishes at the sink in the kitchen. There also was not any salt, pepper, seasoning of any sort. We didn’t travel with any of these things, all had to be bought on site.We would stay again, but would be much more prepared for round two in terms of supplies.

Hi Sheyla, Thanks for staying with us and for your review. We do appreciate both! I raised your concerns with the cleaning crew and they provided dated photos to show that there were adequate towels (1 per bed-guest). In regards to the toilet rolls not being full they said they placed new ones, except the roll size may be small. There were some spare used rolls in the cabinets I was told. And thanks for mentioning that it is a self-catering home. Thanks again! Shoufa
