You've found your perfect home for enjoying your LA vacation or gathering. This beautiful 4-bedroom home has two master suites, two king beds, and plenty of space for everyone. The beautiful backyard is designed as a relaxing space with outdoor dining tables and a lux grill, a 61-jet Calspa hot tub that seats 7, a lounging area for relaxing, and a corn hole game for family fun. The house is also conveniently located close to all LA attractions and beaches. It is close to retail, groceries, and restaurants.
LIVING ROOM
The living room flows directly into the dining area, “open concept.” The living room contains a 4-seat queen sofa bed with a chaise
lounge seat along with a separately stored Serta comfort gel mattress topper. The living room also includes a wall-mounted 70-inch color
smart TV with a sound bar.
KITCHEN
Has a galley-style chef’s kitchen with counter-depth refrigerator, filtered water/ice dispenser, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig K-cup, De’Longhi Combination Expresso and Coffee Pot Maker, and a juicer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating essentials.

The indoor dining area has a wooden slat dining table that seats 8.
MASTER BEDROOM/BATH #1
Has a king-size upholstered bed, a 70'' smartTV, and an Alexa Echo 5 with on-demand music and news. Master bathroom #1 has a large marble-clad walk-in shower, two vanities, and a deep soaking tub with a nearby wall-mounted 22-inch mirrored smart TV.

GARAGE/FITNESS CENTER: Garage converted into an air-conditioned gym/cardio theatre with a 70'' TV. The fitness center contains three types of Life Fitness cardio equipment: a treadmill, a recumbent bike, and an elliptical along with rubber-coated weight training dumbbells (5lb – 50lb), a yoga mat, and a ball, two high-speed fans, and speed jump rope.
OUTDOOR SPACES (FRONT YARD): Our front yard includes beautifully manicured grass, a large front porch, and a courtyard area with four relaxing chairs.
OUTDOOR SPACES (BACKYARD): We offer a gorgeous backyard with beautiful lawn (perfect for picnicking), large wooden wraparound deck, a 61-jet vita spa riviera massaging hot tub that seats 7, Kitchen Aid outdoor cooking island, outdoor dining table for 8, adequate sofa and lounge chairs for 8-10, 4 oversized outdoor umbrellas, a corn bag toss game, and two Adirondack chairs under an orange tree.

The home is located in the Panorama City/North Hollywood section of LA’s San Fernando Valley. This area of LA offers an eclectic mix of people, food, arts, and perspectives. Homes in our neighborhood are generally single-family and were built in the post-war 1950s after the 1947 opening of a nearby Panorama City GM auto manufacturing plant (a plant that produced treasured American
classic cars like the Chevy Firebird and Corvair). Today, the former GM plant is hopping with popular stores such as Ross Dress For Less, Old Navy, The Gap, Home Depot, Burlington, Party City, Petsmart, Regal movie theatres, and more. Many of our neighbors are employed as medical professionals at a nearby 1 million square foot medical center. Other neighbors are employed as craftsmen, corporate executives, police officers, city officials, teachers, firefighters, and more. Grace Community Church, with its membership numbering in the several of thousands, is also within walking distance from our home. Like most of LA, our neighborhood is diverse, with a mix of longtime homeowners and renters. Our home is conveniently located steps away from a bustling intersection filled with restaurants, retail establishments, and public transportation.
