Our stay was wonderful! All of the directions were clearly laid out ahead of time and communication was amazing. Every time I had a question I got a quick response. The house is insanely spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pool. That was probably my kid‘s favorite part of the entire vacation. It was easy to get on the TV and watch a movie. The kitchen was very accommodating and we liked that there was a washer and dryer for us to use as well. There was no issues with anything. We definitely would be happy to stay here again if we come back to this area!

The house was very nice, more than enough space for me and my family. Shawn was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay, checking on and immediate responses when needed. Check in and check out process was a breeze. The family time was much needed and having a beautiful space with a gracious host, was the icing on the cake.

Owner was very accommodating, friendly , helpful and very quick to response.Even though the house is in a busy street the noise was minimal, quiet neighborhood. Great place

We live in San Diego and were going to Universal Studios so we stayed there the night before to save on drive time. Plenty of room for our group of 7 people and had a great area for the kids to play and hang out.

Fun stay with family

Booked this place to go to Universal Studios with family. The kids loved the ping pong table and pool. The coffee bar was fully stocked and even had snacks. Plenty of towels for the whole group and was very helpful having toiletries in the bathrooms. The management team was very quick and responsive.

Great Stay!

We chose this house for its proximity to Universal Studios and it did not disappoint! The house was quite nice and the bedrooms all had comfortable beds and TVs. Although it is on a busy road we didn't find it to be too noisy. The check in and check out process was super easy and Shawn was a wonderful and attentive host. Would definitely recommend!

Great house for a family vacation

My family’s stay at Shawn’s place was great. The heated pool and ping pong table were a big hit with my boys and there was ample space in the house for our family of 5. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stacked with pots, pans, spices, coffee, etc. Will definitely look into renting this place again when staying in LA.

Perfect place for a Family of 8

Home was had everything we needed while on vacation. The pool was just what we needed after a 3 full days of enjoying LA. Shawn and his team was very quick to respond when needed. Will not hesitate to rent out this home again for a return trip.

Summer fun!

Had an amazing time with my teen and his friends swimming and playing games in the backyard. Very spacious with lights that provide a great ambiance at night. The view of the backyard from inside of the house was picturesque. Very comfy living room to accommodate a large group to watch movies. Host was professional and easy to reach. Would definitely return!

Excellent accommodations for summer fun

It was 100+ degrees when we arrived and we immediately jumped in the pool, which felt AMAZING. The house was clean and there was plenty of space to spread out for our family of four and our 2 guests who live nearby. This was a 2-day pit stop on our way to San Diego and we didn’t leave the house once. Would definitely rent this place again.

Big yet cozy house / Wonderful host

Hello Vrbo My family and I (2 adults and 3 kids -9,almost 13 and 16) stayed in this big,but roomy yet cozy house and it was great! The host was very sweet and responsive. The house is updated and well equipped. There's a TV and remote control quiet ceiling fans in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed(lots of cooking utensils, plates, bowls, etc.).The first day we arrived the pool was dirty, the owner was notified and the next day someone came to clean it, and left it ready for us to enjoy. *25 minutes away from Downtown LA *16 minutes from Universal Studios No regrets! 😊 Thank you for everything Shawn!

Perfect LA Getaway

We stayed here for a week and had an outstanding experience! The pool was perfect, clean, and plenty big for our party of 4 adults and 2 children, with a picnic table, chairs, and grill on the patio, we could have spent the entire vacation outside (and mostly did). Everything is very well kept inside and out, the house is updated, there is a ton of storage in closets in cabinets, the interior has plenty of space to hang out in the open living room and kitchen with nice large tables for gaming and meals, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The highlight for the kids was definitely the ping pong table, they played every chance they had. We found it difficult to leave the property, and were always happy to come back to it! The owner was VERY responsive, always getting back to us quickly, and was very courteous and helpful. The check-in was seamless and the neighborhood was pretty quiet overall. Thank you so much for having us!

Nice, clean house

This house was perfect for our family of 7 (5 kids). There was enough room for everyone, the house was spacious. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! Easy to work with and very communicative. We didn’t have any problems, but I feel if we had, it would have been addressed quickly. I would definitely rent again!

Great Host

Simple, spacious and easy to work with the host. 2 cars can park in garage, and street parking is a short half-block away (for overnight parking). Everything was clean. We tried to get early check-in (asked days, maybe a week in advance) and host couldn't accommodate or let us know it's possible even the morning of the check-in (i tried again, but he couldn't commit), but apart from that, all worked out fine for us

This home was the perfect getaway for me and my family. The home was exactly as advertised. We came to meet my new grandbaby and the home gave us a nice space to mingle and enjoy each others company since my daughter only has a one bedroom apartment. Beautiful home. Would definitely rent again.
