Experience Lake Hamilton and all it offers while staying at our cozy 600 sq. ft. cabin in a quiet area with a screened in back porch, tiered lawn with stunning lake views all year round. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a quaint living room and kitchen.

This property is located on the waters edge and has great outdoor seating areas and an outdoor fire place. This location has water year round as it is on the main channel. You can wake up, put your swimsuit on and walk out the door and you are able to swim and sunbathe off of the dock. Use of the Dock and swimming is welcome. The boat lift is no longer offered and is not allowed to be use to store boats, jet ski's, watercraft, etc.

Great for Fall/Winter time views and coffee on the porch with your significant other. Awesome night time opportunity to sit at the fire place next to the water and cook hotdogs, smore's and create memories with family and friends.

Downtown Hot Springs has shopping, spa/massage treatments, hiking trails, biking trails Oaklawn Racing and Casino and much more all available within 12 minutes. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls theme park is less than 15minutes away. Miniature Golf and gaming is within 5 minutes.

Loved The View!

Our short 3 days stay was very relaxing! We enjoyed fishing off the dock and we did build a fire in the evening in the fireplace! The view was amazing from the screened in porch (which we loved!) and the location was great! We will be returning renters! Only issue we had was the keycode didn't work and we had to reachout to the owners. They did respond within 1 hour and came to reset it.

Great view!

Great location, close to the things we wanted to do in Hot Springs. Loved relaxing on the back porch and looking over the lake. It’s an older house so it has the quirks and creaks That come with an older home. There was nowhere to eat and sit inside so we ate every meal on the back porch. It was not a problem with our weather, but I could see that potentially being uncomfortable in the middle of summer. It was perfect for our family for this vacation.

Perfect cozy stay!

Our weekend stay

This little cabin is nothing fancy, but it is was a relaxing place. The area is really quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed it, not based on the cabin being anything luxurious. But it was well kept, and the area was nice. Reminded me of my nanas lake house growing up, it was perfect for me and my wife.

Perfect Little Getaway

This cabin was just right for a quick little getaway. Quiet and cozy. The view of the lake from the living room and porch are perfect to drink coffee and enjoy the view. Communication/check-in/check-out with the owner was very good. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

Back porch lake view

The Back Porch Cabin was a cozy and charming place with a lovely view. It was nicely appointed and comfortable. However, communication with the landlord could be improved. The shower water pressure was low and unfortunately not very warm, which was a drawback.

Perfect cozy cabin!!

It was the most beautiful 5 days I’ve spent out in Arkansas! The view from the house is what makes it just so magical. There’s so much out here if you like being active or just simply enjoy the peace and quiet. I enjoyed the full kitchen and being able to cook during our stay as well. I’d be back to stay for sure!

Terrible

We walked in & walked right back out! We got a hotel room in hot springs. It reminded me of a shed! It was junky & falling apart. The driveway is so steep with gravel we had to put the truck in 4 wheel drive to leave! We’ve rented cabins before & this one was just horrible! We felt very uncomfortable there! We came to relax & enjoy our get away.

Labor day relaxation

Enjoyed a very relaxing stay during the Labor Day weekend. Super comfy and homey cottage. Caught some fish off the dock. Really love the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Our second stay here. Wont be our last.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This little cottage/camp on the lake was exactly what our family needed! From the quaint, nostalgic decor to the beautiful lake views, we are very happy with our stay! The boys fished off the dock. The girls and I jumped right off the dock for a swim. We even lit the firepit for s'mores one evening! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful , allowing us to have the relaxing weekend we all needed. The hosts answered any concerns we had very quickly and were very accommodating! We went to a nearby state park to rent kayaks . We would have liked to have kayaks at the camp. But the drive was only 15 min away. We reviewed other reviews and have to disagree with some,.. there was not a musky smell as some said and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals stove top. All in all, its good place to have a family gettaway. The kids are already asking us when we are going back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at The Green House. The owner was super helpful and responsive. The cabin was the perfect size for My husband, our toddler, and me. The evening view of the water was a huge bonus.

Cottage review

House was cozy and was as advertised. There was a lot cobwebs and bugs on porch and dock. The bathroom door handle was broken so we couldn’t shut it during our stay. Other than those couple things the location is great and overall we had a good stay and took advantage of the beautiful area.

Great Serene, Stress Free Stay

Great stay, quiet, peaceful and cute quaint cabin. Loved the outdoor space, and the screened in porch! The host was great at communicating with us when we needed something. Spent my summers in Arkansas growing up and very thankful to have found this place to stay to show my kids the beauty of this state and conveniently located in our opinion!

Anniversary Trip

The owners are super nice and helped me with an issue I was having that did not pertain to the property but she did not hesitate. We feel God lead us to the perfect rental for this trip. When back in the area we will book again. Everything was perfect. We really liked the fireplace down by the water. The house is so cozy and cute.
