Cozy, completely remodeled 1st floor tropical getaway with lush garden and pool views. This very private, 750 sq ft condo includes King bed, two twin beds and one newly renovated bathroom. Spacious, built-in closet systems installed in each bedroom for maximizing space, organization and storage.

A/C units and ceiling fans in each room along with new smart TVs which include free Wi-Fi cable, and streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and Peacock+.

Kitchen has been remodeled to create additional storage and includes modern appliances, cookware, above oven microwave, Keurig, and all the kitchen tools you need to host cocktail and dinner soirees!

Great outdoor space with flowering hibiscus, garden flowers and a variety of palm trees that welcome you to the Island. Make friends and participate in social activities like shuffleboard, Oscar Night Party, Kentucky Derby Night and other themed gatherings. At the center of the social scene is the heated pool where you can swim laps, sign up for "pool yoga" or "aqua stretch" led by instructors, or just simply float and soak up the sunshine. There are plenty of beach chairs, lounges, benches and brightly colored umbrellas if you want a break from the Florida sunshine or need to actually see your eBook, iPad or iPhone! Other outdoor features are use of the many outdoor grills to cook your latest catch!

You will be close to the beach as well as all of Marco's finest and most fun establishments. Walk to the public beach access located past the Residence Beach or you can drive to Tigertail ($5 parking) to enjoy Paddleboard and Jet Ski rental, shelling, bird watching or walk the 5 mile stretch to the south end of Marco Island!

Your front door is close ample parking as well as the laundry and storage facilities. Laundry cart provided as well as access to beach chairs, umbrellas, large & small coolers and beach games all to fit on an available beach cart. For your listening pleasure, we've even included a bluetooth speaker to enjoy beach tunes! Working remotely? Check in with your office or clients with high speed internet, quiet workspace/desk area with printer and no one is the wiser!

Rented in 28-30 day increments and check-in/check-out are at the beginning and end of each month.
