Diese geräumige Nichtraucher-Wohnanlage mit eigenem Eingang und abgeschirmtem Lanai auf der 2. Etage bietet einen Blick auf den privaten Pool und liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom schönen South Beach entfernt.

Die Küche wurde kürzlich mit einer neuen Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Kühlschrank und einem Backofen ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer wurde kürzlich mit neuen Teppichen, Farben und Möbeln neu eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes komplettes Badezimmer und Zugang zum Lanai. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde kürzlich mit neuem Teppich und Farbe neu dekoriert und verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, viel Stauraum und Zugang zu einem separaten Badezimmer.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große Sitzecke mit einem neuen Schlafsofa, einem neuen Flachbildfernseher, einem DVD- und einem CD- / AM- / FM- / Stereo-Player mit Lautsprechern. Condo verfügt über WLAN-Internetverbindungen. Der Essbereich mit Stühlen und Tisch befindet sich direkt neben der voll ausgestatteten, modernen und geräumigen Küche. Alle Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung. Strandausrüstung (Stühle und Sonnenschirm und Träger) ebenfalls enthalten.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 4! The location is perfect, with the beach being less than a 10 minute walk. The unit has all the beach equipment you could need - toys for the kiddos, chairs, an umbrella, beach mat, and wagon to haul it all. The pool is lovely, and the tiki hut is nice shaded area. Having the grill was great, too! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Steve!

Everything was as expected. Master bedroom shower door needs attention, broken handle with sharp edges. Grab bars in both showers would be nice.Pool was nice and warm, 87 degrees. Quiet safe location and would not hesitate to return in the future.

South End Marco Island Condo

The condo is clean and well kept. It could use some minor maintenance, sliding glass doors need lubrication, washing machine is noisy. However, overall i give it an A rating, for being well kept and clean, it is in a very nice, quiet area, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location!

Perfect location in Marco Island. We were a short walk to the beach, the pool was warm (89 degrees) and the condo was exactly as the description. The communication was more than excellent. We would definitely stay there again, we all had a great time.

A Gem!!!

Host was great to communicate with. The space is clean, spacious, and well kept. Loved the screened in porch with direct view of the pool area. We stayed as a family of 5. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely rent from this host again! Great stay!

The location is terrific-walkable to the beach and a short drive to lots of restaurants and shops. the condo has a nice porch, a shared pool, parking, good closet space, and for a couple and our two teenage sons the layout was great. Steve was generally responsive and sent a cleaning crew to clean the kitchen cabinets when we shared photos of their condition so we could use them. The condo itself was a bit rundown and the various closets and storage spaces were all disorganized and full of stuff. The living room furniture was faded, there was a large stain on the bedroom carpet, the main bedroom’s bathroom ceiling fan was hanging by a thread and very loud, the closet had space but was filled with a lot of the owners stuff haphazardly, the upper kitchen cabinets had apparently been newly installed but there was wood dust in the cabinets and all the kitchen items had been shoved into the lower cabinets so it was hard to tell what was available. There is a storage closet with beach gear but it was filled to the brim with things just being tossed in and it was difficult to tell what was available and the chairs were all old and rusted. We were instructed to wash all sheets and towels before check out but no laundry detergent was provided and check out was 10am making that request very inconvenient. We ended up leaving a day early because the weather got cooler and we didn’t want to spend the day in the condo.

Unfortunately, we were in the midst of renovations and could not complete them before the guests arrived. You can see from previous guest reviews there were no major issues. It all went downhill as soon as the guests arrived and had trouble opening the front door lockbox, the bedroom carpet was stained from the previous guests, and the bathroom fan became loose. Our cleaners did not notify us of these very visible issues and have been spoken to. Since then: The kitchen cabinets were new and had some saw dust in them which was cleaned the day after the guests arrived, The bedroom carpets have since been cleaned and look great, There is brand new furniture (see website pictures) in the living room (including 2 new reclining couches), dining area, and in the guest bedroom. I thought the review was mean spirited because we did respond to every request they had including having the cleaners come by the day after they arrived. Because it was Xmas week the carpet cleaner was unavailable to clean until after the guests departed and that was communicated to them. That said the condo looks great and I look forward to future guest reviews.

Great Location!

We had a fantastic time in our trip to Marco Island. There was a bit of frustration at the beginning of our trip but once that was all resolved we had a great time. The location was great, the cost of the condo was great, the owner was very friendly and responsive.

Little disappointed about the 3 stars because they really did enjoy themselves based on the written part of the review. There was a underground water pipe issue impacting our condo complex and the workers had to shut the water off for several hours and it happened to occur the day they arrived. Other than that Danielle and her family were pleasant and great to have and hope to see them in the future.

Guest never mentioned anything about any internet issues to us. Guests who stayed after called about the internet not working, I instructed them to reboot the modem and they were fine. If guests don't inform us we can't assist them if there are issues.

Another great stay!

Another great 4th of July on Marco Island thanks to Steve. His condo is in the perfect location for the beach and other activities to do as a family. The condo is well taken care of and suitable for a family of 6 or less. The condo property is well kept and great for relaxing in the afternoon sun! We love staying at Steve's place and will be back again!

Marco Vacation

We had a wonderful week in Marco … perfect weather! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offered plenty of room for our group of 4 and was conveniently located. The beach was within walking distance and we also relaxed at the pool and tiki hut. The owner, Steve, was very responsive through the entire rental process. We hope to make it back to Marco Island next year!

Beautiful Marco Island

We had a great month at Marco. We loved walking on the beach, birding at the many nature preserves, and eating delicious seafood at the numerous restaurants. The condo is about .25 miles from the beach. Rental includes a cart, umbrella, beach towels, and other beach toys that make for a fun vacation..

Nice condo in a great location

The condo was exactly as described on the VRBO website. The process of booking the condo was easy and the Property Manager responded promptly to emails. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location - easy access to stores and restaurants. There was a swimming pool on the premises, which we enjoyed during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.
