Dezember 2019 ist jetzt wieder verfügbar wegen Härtefallstornierung. Februar, März und die ersten 10 Tage von April 2020 sind reserviert. Weitere Termine in 2019 und 2020 sind offen. Es ist ein Mietvertrag von mindestens 30 Tagen erforderlich, aber vergleichen Sie den Preis mit dem, den Sie für kürzere Aufenthalte bei einer wöchentlichen Anmietung mit Blick auf den Strand und den Golf bezahlen. Der geteilte Grundriss, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad an den gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Wohnzimmers, bieten den Gästen maximale Privatsphäre. Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko von beiden Schlafzimmern sowie der LR und Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem begehrten, schlüsselfertigen, mittelhohen Gebäude mit großem beheiztem Pool und Poolterrasse (kein Kampf um Lounges), privatem Zugang zum Strand, Aufzügen, Innenfluren, luxuriösem Aktivitätsraum und Lobby, Außengrill, Auffahrt Fertiger usw. Der zugewiesene überdachte Parkplatz ist einer der nächstgelegenen zur Lobby. Die gesamte Wohnung befindet sich auf der Strandseite des Gebäudes und ist somit von jeglichem Parkplatz- / Fahrzeuglärm abgeschirmt. Der große Balkon bietet Platz für einen Esstisch sowie eine Chaiselongue. Viel Platz, um die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf zu genießen. Schlaf 6 in Betten. Max. Marco Beach

Master bedroom & bathroom updated. Remainder of unit needs refreshing. Notation of broken recliner mentioned after arrival; yet, chair was usable. Plans are in order for new chair.

Great location and wonderful condo

We stayed here for 3 weeks during January and February. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday on the gulf. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo has been recently purchased and is in the process of getting some updates. A brand new shower stall was recently completed and looked beautiful. All the posted pictures, with the exception of the one bathroom, are accurate. The beds were very comfortable. The whole building was well maintained and had nicely manicured grounds. The pool was kept at a warm temp. of approx 84F and the gulf was a walk across beautiful white sand. You can walk for a couple of hours each direction and often see dolphins and lots of shell treasures washed up on the beach. Parasailing, and seadoos are available to rent along the beach. A very friendly group of people make up the owners and long term renters of Sunset House North. The delightful couple across the hall made us feel right at home and the office manager was most helpful. Every Monday is Bridge night. Wednesdays there is a social gathering complete with pot luck appetizers and then the men gather for a poker game. One afternoon is also reserved for Bocce. Most mornings an aquafit class was taking place in the pool and usually the social floating on pool noodles occurred in the afternoon. You were welcome to join in any or all of these events. There are some interesting shops by the local movie theatre and the nearby Publix store as well as in old Marco Island. There is a Winn Dixie close by, and a Walmart and a small outlet centre is about 15 min away by car. On Wednesday mornings a farmer's market operates. The city of Naples with its zoo and a larger shopping centre is about a 30-40 min car drive. We really didn't sample much of the restaurants or night life but heard from the locals there were many good places to eat and be entertained. Thank you Dick for renting us your condo and making sure everything was in order for our arrival. You went out of your way to make us feel welcome and made every effort to ensure we had a great holiday. It was a wonderful break from reality and the cold up north. We would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Considering those circumstances, we can't thank you enough for taking the time to prepare the review. Yes, the folks at Sunset House are "great" and one of the major reasons we bought there (and referring to us as Sunset North, our twin building next door, is an easy mistake to make). Thank you.

Beautiful sunsets on a beautiful Island

Several issues arose when I first arrived but Dick was fabulous in taking care of everything. He was genuinely concern that everything was in working order and my stay was comfortable. He went above and beyond to order items I needed and had them delivered right to the condo. Great host, very responsive, lovely condo with beautiful sunsets.

Comfortable stay with a beautiful view

We spend 30 days at this location. The location of the condo is great for walking, biking, or enjoying the beach. There are many nice eating places (including an awesome little bagel shop) close by, and a Winn-Dixie grocery store is a mile or so away. Great two bedroom property right on the beach. The covered parking is a big plus, great access to a stunning beach and sunset from the lounger on the balcony was a highlight of the day. All amenities a small family needs are included. ! We had a great time while staying at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marco Island. It is a fantastic condo. Hopefully we can do it again next year!!
