Everything was as-advertised. The space was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the beach access was convenient, the beach was beautiful, the pool was nice, and we had not issues with check-in or check-out. Definitely a good value considering how expensive the other hotels/resorts are on this island!

The view from the balcony are outstanding. Great sunset view and can’t beat the ocean breeze. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

The property was clean and excellently organized. Check in and maintenance were wonderful. Yes, there is a small walk to the beach, but go for a walk! It's very nice there. Beach was excellentt, pool was awesome!!! Definitely would stay here again!!

Nice, clean unit with beautiful wrap around balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach, this is the place for you. Well stocked with beach gear. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great location for exploring Marco Island. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The lanai was beautiful with vies of the Gulf and greenery. We would stay again.

Enjoyable

We have been staying at South Seas for many years. This unit was comfortable, easy access from parking lot with lots of amenities (pool, beach, pickleball, workout area). The unit it self was not updated but functional.

Overall nice unit but very disappointed in the very small TVs- especially considering how inexpensive larger TVs are these days. Also not sure why the internet was so slow.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Condo has direct access to Tigertail Beach, which was a must for us. Long time Sanibel visitors, we wanted a place with easy beach access at any time of day and this place fit the bill. Condo was comfortable and clean and had most everything we needed. Kitchen is a little sparse on basics-we bought a strainer while there so we could make pasta. Also, kitchen scissors would be nice. Laundry is shared at the end of the hall; would prefer in unit but that seems to not be the norm on Marco. Overall, it was a great place that met our needs and I would choose it again!

Best unit view

This unit has the largest wrap around patio. That was our favorite part! The unit was clean; however this unit desperately needs to be renovated and updated. The furniture inside is old. I didn't want to sit on the kitchen chairs or living rooms seats. The carpet is old and the bathrooms need to be redone. The kitchen is much to small for the unit and also needs an upgrade. Toaster oven was broke, no cookie sheets or pizza cutter. The bedding in the guest bedroom is from the 80's and had stains on the comforters. The sheets also were very worn and frayed. The master linens had stains on the pillow cases. I will say that the rental company and management was very responsive when the beach cart broke. They had a replacement to use in under 1 hour! I recommend a beach wagon Instead of the cart as you cannot push the cart on the beach with the little wheels. Management also got a plumber to fix the master shower drain that was clogged quickly. This would be an awesome unit.....just needs to be remodeled and updated!! We had a great time as always here on marco!!!

Last minute mother-daughter getaway

We loved our stay! This property was exactly as represented -bright, spacious, clean & comfortable. There were other choices with higher views & newer kitchens/ baths but we chose this corner 2nd floor unit for the windows, space plus wrap around deck & we are glad that we did. The natural setting & sunsets are stunning! We had just about everything we needed, plenty of beach supplies, towels, umbrella. We had read the reviews about the walk to the beach which could be difficult for some but for us was totally worth it! We definitely recommend.

Great place...perfect location!

The place was so clean and a perfect location...however, up a few floors would have given a spectacular view! The pool was so nice, warm and perfect size. The layout of the condo was great for us as it is on the corner and stairs were right outside our door. Also, the wrap around balcony added so much...we sat out there every morning and evening! Some of the fixtures were old and the master bath stool didn't always work right but otherwise, it was just what we needed. Alot of great kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. Extra paper towels and whatever we needed was there. Easy access into the place, but you did need your key at all times for front door, ocean access (or code) and room. We do have one very frustrating item to address and this would not have been mentioned if we had follow up. We unfortunately were a part of a huge storm across Florida causing us a 9 hour delay in our flights and rental car purchase. We arrived to pick up our key from Horizons Rental on Collier Boulevard only to find they forgot to put the key in our box! We were able to get the man on call who was so kind and came and rescued us with a key. However, it was an hour delay. We hoped to have some compensation so stopped at the office the next day to inform them. They told us they would ask the manager and call us back. No call was received even though I contacted them again during the week. I also contacted the VRBO host with no follow up. I know we are all human but a little compensation would have gone a long way.

Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and the property and view was beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is to invest in new beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart to get it all down to the beach. They were all falling apart, broken or about to brake.

Great location, beautiful beach!

Great location, beautiful beach! We had a wonderful vacation and our condo was in the perfect location close to the pool. It was a nice size and had a beautiful wrap around patio. We enjoyed time at the pool although the rules are very strict. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and you can walk for miles. There are nice restaurants walking distance from the condo as well. The rental company was very responsive, thorough and easy to work with. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but one recommendation I would make is to have a few more cooking utensils. We did not have a spatula.
