Unsere zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Nichtraucher, ist Villa Wohnung in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort ist eine Gated Community gelegen Mitte Insel auf einer der breitesten und schönsten Strände auf der Insel.

Hilton Beach and Tennis Resort verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten, fast alle Gäste unterbringen will und muss, wie beispielsweise: Innen Promenade mit einer Bar und einem Restaurant, Videoverleih und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Fahrrad und Rollerbladeverleih zur Verfügung, um auf die vielen asphaltierte Radwege rund um die Insel zu nutzen. Das Resort verfügt über viele beleuchtete Tennisplätze, einen Tennis Pro-Shop, Kinderspielplatz, Basketballplatz, und Holzkohlegrills an den Picknickplätze.

Diese Wohnung ist nur 100 Meter von der Kinderpool und der größte Pool auf der Insel, die den Strand und das Meer überblickt. Am Pool finden Sie viele Kunsthandwerk für die Kinder geplant, ein Restaurant, eine Tiki-Bar, Live-Musik, Schnee-Kegel-Bretterbude, und Shuffleboard alle verfügbar in der Saison. Der Strand hat Sonnenschirm, Strand Fahrrad und Katamaran chartern alle verfügbaren. Es gibt auch Sand-Volleyball am Strand.

Good Location, Average Condo

Overall, it’s a fine place to stay. The bathroom updates are well done and it has laminate floors throughout. It felt clean for the most part but there were a ton of fruit flies in the master bathroom. The bed in the master was pretty old and terrible. Both my wife and I had sore backs after sleeping there for the week. Besides the flies and the bed, we are only giving it 4 stars because it didn’t have any extra amenities. There was only one pillow per person, no storage containers for food, no baggies, no aluminum foil, only 2 trash bags, etc. Those things are “extras” but appreciated when you are coming from out of town. Also, being on the 3rd floor adds some extra steps each time you leave. There’s nothing that should stop anyone from staying here but nothing that makes it stand out from other condos at Beach and Tennis.

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our stay. We really like the amenities of the property - onsite restaurants especially. The pool and proximity to the beach were also a big plus.Our property manager was great - communication was timely and complete.Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!

This was a 10/10 for us! We loved staying here and it was perfect for our family of 5! The condo was very clean and as described. A couple minutes walk to the pool/beach and laundry, so very convenient for us. A beautiful place to stay and very communicative and helpful hosts! We hope to stay again soon!!

Third floor corner condo

This third floor corner condo is a tough hike for those with mobility concerns since there is not an elevator like it shows in the property description. The condo was clean and well maintained. There was a wasp nest on the balcony that we had to spray. The beds were not particularly comfortable and squeaked loudly when moving on them and we did not have enough pillow cases for the beds. The shared bathroom had brown water in tub when running bath but eventually cleared up. The master bath was very nicely remodeled. The kitchen and living space was adequate for 6. The dishes and supplies were clean and useful, although a cookie sheet pan would have been a plus. The resort is well groomed and maintained, except for red ant infestations at playground. The walk to the beach took over 3 minutes but was nice to have a long boardwalk to the sand. The beach was clean. Unfortunately, the staff renting chairs/umbrellas were very rude. The restaurants were nice and easy to get into. The town was very well maintained. I highly recommend going to Sea Pines ($9 fee) for shopping and dining. Caligny also had nice shops. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great place

We LOVE staying here! Its close to gym, laundry, bike rental, tennis courts! Slight walk to beach but manageable! The place is cozy and always clean! The owners are reachable even though I have not had to communicate with them while staying! We will be back again!!

Great property in a good location

We had a great one-week stay in Hilton Head at this property. It's close to the beach and the tennis/pickleball courts. The condo was well maintained. The host was very responsive to our communications. I have an annual conference in Hilton Head every July, so I am hoping we can book this property again next year!

Overall, good stay

Overall, we had a good stay here. There were a few bumps in the road initially, as the cleaning crews were running behind, but the condo was nice and spacious. We were able to have some family staying in other B&T units over for dinner one night and the space accommodated us very well. When we encountered an issue with the A/C (just general summertime maintenance), Sue was very quick to respond and get a tech out so we didn't overheat in the middle of July. Nice and close to the beach and an easy walk to the giant, oceanfront pool!

First time to Hilton Head

My husband, three kids (5 yr old, 4 yr old, 21 months), and I rented this for our first trip to Hilton Head. Property was as described, clean, and spacious enough for the five of us. The owners responded to my questions very quickly. Not only was the condo great, the resort had lots to do for families. Overall a great family vacation and we will be back!
