Come to Mammoth Lakes for some of the finest skiing/boarding, fishing, hiking and biking. Aspen Creek #122 is fully furnished for your comfort. Located on the first floor above parking garage, which has an elevator. Underground parking for any weather conditions with 2 parking spaces. 2 bedrooms each with full baths. Master has a king bed w/updated shower, and second bedroom has two twins pushed together. Wood burning fireplace for cozy romantic nights. Wi-fi, soundbar, 3 TVs, full kitchen, nearby pool/jacuzzi (BYO beach towel/robe), board games/puzzles/books, snow toys, and seasonal bbq/cornhole game. Walk to Eagle Run to ski or catch the shuttle on the corner to other lifts or to the local "hotspots". Von's Market, Starbucks, pizza, Carl's Jr, movie theater are just down the hill from condo. NOTE: Bed and City Taxes (16%) will be collected via an “admin fee”.

Host was one of the best communicators, very responsive. Location is excellent. Well stocked and comfortable.However, the unit is dated and definitely needs a refresh. This does not take away from the enjoyment of the area.

Great Place and Location

The location was super convenient to Eagle Lodge and the property was very comfortable. The owner made the check in/out really easy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location! “Walkable” in listings can sometimes stretch the meaning. But this was no exaggeration. We walked easily to the slopes everyday and could even come back for lunch and return, no problem:)Listing accurate. Comfortable. Clean. Well equipped. Great communication. Great spot in Mammoth

We stayed here in January and it is perfect for a family of four, especially if you have kids. It could have been a bit cleaner but we would stay here again. I do recommend that they invest in blankets and linens, the ones they had were very old and have seen better days

Great location

Worked out perfectly. Location was walking distance to lift. Parking under building made load/unload easy and didn't have to dig cars out of snow after huge storm. Plenty of firewood for fires and hot tub was hot.

Location is key

This property needs updating and sanitizing and cleaning. Some kitchen supplies should be thrown away. Property seems neglected. The size of the condo is nice for 4 people. And the location is great to Eagle Lodge. I hope the owner takes my feedback seriously.

Great Location

This is a great location in proximity to the Eagle Lodge and Lift. That said I would not walk there in ski boots as a 54 year old. But my wife dropped the kids and I daily as she does not ski. Snowboard boots a much easier walk.That would be my only comment and I am an advanced/expert skier. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay in my opinion and is a short walk in street shoes or for the younger crowd.

Winter Getaway 2024

Overall, the condo was great. It was nice to walk to and from the condo to Eagle Lodge, however fully decked out in ski equipment, the walk took closer to 10 minutes (slight incline on the way there, decline on way back). The condo had all the necessary amenities, however, the heating was a bit outdated (individual wall heaters in each room) and the master bedroom mattress was a tad on the hard side and a bit uncomfortable. The second room had 2 sink/vanity areas which made for quicker bathing/hygiene routine times. 2 covered parking spots was also a bonus. We did have some initial trouble locating the correct building and parking spots, however, a quick call to the owner and the problem was solved. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not worth it.

Inside of apartment wasn’t clean.we found some spider web and spider were on roof. Towels were dirty (they were brown).TV was lagging.one of the headers were broken.

We sincerely apologize for the issues encountered while staying at our condo. As soon as you notified us we had the cleaning service come right out to make things right. Unfortunately your stay was during the busiest week of the year, so it appears the cleaners rushed through and didn't do a very good job prior to your arrival. We spoke to the cleaners who promised it would never happen again. The TV was working for the prior guests, so apparently the HDMI cable failed which does happen on occasion. Thank you for letting us know.

Great location

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo a lot. The wood fireplace was especially charming. The location is incredible—walking distance to Eagle Chair/Lodge. The only negatives were: 1) The unit was extremely cold upon arrival, but warmed up after 3-4 hours. The wall heaters automatically shut off after a couple of hours too, so we’d wake up in the middle of the night pretty cold and have to turn them back on. The wall unit in the twin bedroom was very loud and woke up our littles ones each night. 2) The kitchen could use a deep cleaning of the drawers, cupboards, and walls. The microwave was dirty when we arrived as well, but I’d chalk that up to bad cleaners.
