We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated in the South Platte River Valley, this modern city draws openness from the Great Plains to the east and features spectacular Rocky Mountain views to the west. Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Sip your morning coffee in the sunny breakfast nook, or step outside to breathe in crisp Colorado air as you settle into the backyard. Evenings invite you to gather around the fire pit under string lights, soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or curl up by the fireplace for a cozy night in. This home offers a welcoming retreat where you can relax, play, and share meaningful moments with family and friends.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 10 guests, the home features four bedrooms and seven beds across two levels. On the main floor, two bedrooms each have a king bed with natural light and soft linens. Downstairs, a queen bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while a kid-friendly room with twin bunk beds ensures fun and comfort for younger travelers. Every bedroom is furnished with memory foam mattresses, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for restful nights.

Living and entertainment
Two spacious family rooms give everyone plenty of room to gather. One includes a 55-inch Smart TV, while the other offers a 75-inch screen perfect for movie nights or cheering on game day. The game room is set up with a foosball table, board games, and a glass card table for friendly competition. For quieter moments, settle into the reading nook beside the indoor fireplace.

Kitchen and dining
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, and coffee maker. You’ll also find cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper, as well as baking sheets, wine glasses, and silverware. A sunlit breakfast nook is ideal for casual meals, while the dining table seats 12 for shared dinners. A workstation-friendly corner makes it easy to stay productive if needed.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is designed for gathering and relaxation. Savor dinner at the picnic table, fire up the BBQ grill, or unwind in the hot tub as string lights glow above. Lounge chairs and outdoor furniture provide space to relax, with professional landscaping adding both privacy and charm.

Comfort and amenities
You’ll find thoughtful details throughout the home, from central heating and air conditioning to ceiling fans and portable fans. Essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided. A washer, dryer, and iron make extended stays easy. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play, baby bath, and babysitter recommendations, while travelers will also find a safe for added convenience. Parking is simple with a four-car driveway and free street parking, and check-in is seamless with keypad entry.

Neighborhood
Located in a quiet residential area, the home offers quick access to major highways. You can reach Downtown Denver, Boulder, Arvada, and Golden with ease, while nearby grocery stores and public transportation make daily errands simple. Popular attractions are also close by: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a 20-minute drive, Coors Field is 14 minutes away, and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science is within 24 minutes. Whether you’re planning to explore the mountains, enjoy cultural destinations, or simply relax, this retreat offers a comfortable base for your stay.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
