We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for groups and families, the home sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. On the main floor, two spacious rooms each feature a king bed with memory foam mattresses and natural light. Downstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a kid-friendly room with twin bunk beds. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades ensure everyone rests comfortably.

Living spaces
Two family rooms provide ample space for relaxation, entertainment, or remote work. Watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch or 75-inch Smart TVs, or head to the game room for foosball and board games. The reading nook with its fireplace offers a quiet corner for reflection or conversation.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped for home-cooked meals, complete with modern appliances, cooking basics, and coffee maker. A breakfast nook welcomes slow mornings, while the dining table seating 12 invites shared dinners and laughter.

Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard for crisp winter air and cozy fireside moments. The fenced yard features a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture. A patio offers another comfortable spot for relaxing under string lights when the evening turns calm and still.

Safety and ease come standard with a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, first aid kit, and secure self check-in via keypad. BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
