Quiet Country Getaway. Spectacular views. Close to the coast

I am from Britain and my wife is from Germany. We use this home regularly and it is our home from home. Accordingly we like to keep the house well equipped, functional and in good condition. We like sharing our beautiful home with guests so they can enjoy the quiet location and fantastic views with their families, friends and loved ones.
Being a large house, we have a great friend who manages the entire estate. He takes care of us, and all our guests and it is his full time role.

Mallorca is a spectacular destination and we found the eastern side of the island to be pleasantly calm. In the town of Felanitx there are no hotels and few tourists to detract from the environment. The house is close enough to the beach yet far enough from everything to be spectacularly quiet providing an idyllic destination to get away.
The house is just 40 minutes from the airport in Palma with good autoroutes to get you across the island.

The house spans 3 stories with a large master suite coming (2024) on the top floor and a second bedroom with two single beds. This top floor has a small kitchen area and access to the entire roof terrace.
The main floor is home to a large fully equipped kitchen and pantry, the dining and living spaces, day head, courtyard and 3 more bedrooms, one with private outdoor terrace.
The lower floor houses the new gym (2024) and a second suite of rooms. There is a large kitchen here with 2 dishwashers to support the new barbecue area which has a refrigerator and commercial ice maker. Outdoor dining and sports equipment too.
The infinity swimming pool is unusually large and carved into the hillside, surrounded by a large pool terrace and sun beds, providing a great place to hang out and relax. The pool has one end specifically designed for younger children and is only 30-40 cm deep.
One of the few house in Mallorca with a vast amount of land, providing an isolated location to get away from it all, while having everything you need.
Restaurants in town are 15-20 minute walk away as are the supermarkets, including our favourite Lidl store for fresh breads and pastries every morning. That being said, there are many bakeries scattered around to sample local fare.
In Porto Colom, nearby, there are beautiful bays, marinas and beaches along with restaurants and maritime activities, all just 12-15 minutes away.
One of the best golf courses in Mallorca is a few minutes away on the road to the port. All in all, a wonderful destination.
