Die Strände in Seacrest sind so schön wie immer. Alles ist fabelhaft! Kommen Sie und genießen Sie den riesigen Lagunenpool mit Wasserfällen, das Tennis, die wunderbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten, die diese wunderschöne Gegend zu bieten hat!

High Pointe ist eine wunderschöne Wohnanlage an der Meerseite des Florida Highway 30A. Unsere Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern überblickt den wunderschönen riesigen tropischen Lagunenpool mit Wasserfällen und geräumigem Poolbereich. Es gibt auch ein Kinderbecken und einen Whirlpool neben dem Pool, Sandtennisplätze vor Ort, einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Golfkäfig / ein Netz und sogar einen Shuffleboard-Platz. High Pointe ist auch die Heimat von Crabby Steve's, einer Bar und einem Grill mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer - der perfekte Ort für ein Mittagessen oder ein kaltes Getränk Ihrer Wahl nach einem Tag am Strand. Der beste Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang in der Umgebung zu beobachten!

Unsere Einheit verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Master und zwei Full-Size-Betten im Gästezimmer. Das Gerät hat auch zwei Vollbäder, 52-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer, Flachbildfernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern, DVD im zweiten Schlafzimmer für die Kinder und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. KOSTENLOSES Highspeed-WLAN ist verfügbar. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und Sie können das Meer sehen, während Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee trinken und die frische Meeresluft genießen. Unsere Mietunterkünfte beinhalten einen Strand pro Tag - zwei Stühle / einen Sonnenschirm / einen kleinen Tisch, der vom Strandservice vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt wird! (1. März - 31. Oktober).

High Pointe liegt direkt zwischen Rosemary Beach und Alys Beach - Sie können zu Fuß zu den Geschäften und Restaurants gehen, Fahrräder mieten, eine Kunsthandwerksvorführung genießen oder sogar Live-Musik hören! Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das Dorf South Walton mit mehreren tollen Restaurants, anderen Geschäften und sogar Eis. Sie müssen nicht einmal in Ihr Auto steigen.

Es gibt zahlreiche Golfplätze in der Umgebung, Hochseefischen und viele andere Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Der beliebte Pier Park in Panama City Beach liegt nur eine kurze Autofahrt östlich.

Great location!

We would definitely stay here again. The property was fantastic with a nice pool, easy access to the beach and crabby steve's on site for drinks/food. Great walkability to shops and restaurants! Beds were also very comfortable.

Great condo

Great location, within short walking distance of everything in Rosemary. The beach at the property was not as crowded as neighboring properties, which was nice. The large pool was great too for days when the ocean was rough.This condo was perfect for our family!

Perfect location

Great spring break stay w my two boys (4 & 6) and husband. Can’t beat the beach access. The condo was better than the pictures posted - I think the primary bath has been updated since. Just wish the pool was heated and that the tennis courts weren’t under construction.

Great condo and location!

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. You can't beat the location of the condo- we walked everywhere the entire week- from shopping to meals. The beach was a short walk and having chairs included was a game changer! The pool was lovely, wish it would have been heated, but understood that is not done at the property. We ate out most meals, but kitchen items were adequate to cook- but no spices or seasoning so pack them if you plan to cook. We would highly recommend this condo and come back again!

Great first trip to the area!

We had a great 5 night stay here! The owner promptly answered any questions I had and was easy to work with. The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious, just as the pictures showed. Our view from our balcony was amazing - overlooked the beautiful pool with the Gulf in the background. The unit was located towards the front of the complex which was perfect as we were very close to the shopping area/restaurants across the street. We've already recommended the place to our friends and family and we can't wait to go back ourselves!

Repeat Stay Location

Our family had a great time at this location. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity you could need. I baked cookies, pie and a cake during the week and found everything I needed to bake. The master bedroom is huge with a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom had two double beds with a connecting bath. It was perfect for our family of 3, but could easily and comfortably accommodate more. The location is an easy walk to Rosemary shops, restaurants, the pool and the beach. I will look to rent this place again.

Perfect fall trip

We had to reschedule the trip we originally planned for the spring due to the pandemic. Brad was a great communicator and very accommodating. We ended up going in November and everything was amazing. The resort was spacious and clean, and the other guests were extremely respectful. The condo was in great shape and perfect for our family (two parents, toddler and infant). We were within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. We’ve stayed at other condos along 30A, but I think we’ve finally found the place we will continue to come back to!

Condo was amazing, view is better than pictured, everything was great!

Everything about this condo was great. It's very well stocked with everything you need. The view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony is great. The only drawback (not the owner's fault) was that February is construction season in the area and they were putting a new roof on the building right next door. So every morning began with "beep beep beep"at about 8:00 am. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great Condo for our Mother-Daughter Getaway

We had a great stay in this condo (Unit #222) in High Pointe. We came for the Half Marathon in Seaside, but we prefer to stay in this beautiful and favorite area of 30-A. This resort is perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches, making it convenient to all of the shopping and great restaurants, within walking distance. Even though the temps were cool last weekend, we enjoyed walking along the sidewalks for miles and on the beach, and laying by the pool. The condo was clean and well-appointed and met all of our needs. We really liked that the second bedroom had two beds instead of bunk beds, as is often typical in rentals. This was my third stay in High Pointe and have another stay booked in June. We love this resort!!

This was our first time staying on the beaches of 30A but I'm confident we stayed at the best location along the coast. Brad's condo is perfectly situated - no streets to cross to get to pool or beach. The condo itself was fantastic for our family of 4 - clean, comfortable, great balcony with water views. The pool is amazing - very family friendly. The included beach set-up was top-notch. Walking up/down the shore you don't need to be a 30A expert to realize how fortunate High Pointe owners/guests are to have access to their pristine private beach - much more spacious than many areas. Brad, the owner, was very easy to work with - responsive, gave clear instructions and was accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing vacation. I feel we will be returning for years to come. Thanks Brad for your wonderful hospitality!

The beach was great and not as crowded as surrounding beaches. Pool was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Entire complex was well kept. The wristband policy was annoying but I understand the need for it. They really should have smaller sizes for kids. Crabby Steve’s was extremely convenient and served up great drinks!

We previously owned property in the area and had been visiting the area for many years. When High Pointe was being constructed, we decided that this was the place we wanted to own and where we wanted to spend our vacations. We are the original owners of our unit and have owned it since 1997. We could not be more satisfied with the condo, the property, and the area.

High Pointe has one of the largest private beaches in the area to make for the best experience. High Pointe is also home to Crabby Steve's, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in the area. In addition, High Pointe has recently added 4 pickle ball courts, one of the very few properties in the area to have this amenity.
