The Space:

High Pointe 2425 This charming condo is located on the foutth floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. This coastal retreat has 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This top floor lovely unit has a lot to offer, including a great view of the lagoon-style pool.



High Pointe is a private gated resort, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Experience the upscale shops, restaurants, and events of Rosemary and Alys Beach all within a 5-minute walk. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

High Pointe 424 is a beautiful, comfortable condo!

This was one of the best High Pointe condos I’ve stayed in. So comfortable and nicely decorated. Had all kitchen supplies we needed. This is my favorite resort because of its location.

Beautiful view at a great complex

My family loves to stay at High Pointe, and this condo has the best view we've experienced without being in one of the beachfront buildings. The unit could use a bit of a deep cleaning and repair, but we had a wonderful stay. Check-in/check-out was also extremely easy!

High Pointe is in the perfect location between Rosemary and Alys on the beach side of 30A. Massive pool and beach access. This unit was particularly great. Totally renovated and beautiful view of the ocean!! Highly recommend

Great beach condo in the heart of everything

This lovely condo was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. My teenage daughters and I had plenty of space to relax and enjoyed the decor, with soft sheets and high quality towels. We also liked being across the street from shopping and restaurants and appreciated the extras that came with the condo, including the bicylces and beach chairs! High Pointe is a charming resort with a beautiful pool on a stretch of white sand beaches and rolling tides. I highly recommend this spot!

Great spot

We booked this place very last minute and felt great about what we got for the price we paid. The location is excellent- walking distance to Rosemary beach. The included bicycles and beach chair and umbrella set were also a huge perk. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold- the ocean was warmer. The beach front property is amazing, and crabby Steve’s has great food - we felt fortunate to have that on site. All around a really good family vacation spot.

View and location is perfect

The view from this unit is amazing. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for 5 of us. The grounds were very clean and the beach and pool was perfect. I loved that Craby Steve’s is located on property. The food and drinks there were great. This property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Rosemary beach is also a quick bike ride or walk away. I will definitely be staying here again. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place.

Would stay here again.

We loved it. Perfect place for a long weekend. The master bed could use an upgrade and would be nice if closet was unlocked. The hot tub was only paritially operational and if the pool was heated a bit it could take some pressure off that area. Crabby Steve’s was awesome. We love the area. Very nice condo. Thanks for letting us share it. Good value.

Million dollar view!

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in April. The deck overlooks a gorgeous pool and the gulf beyond. We spent many hours eating and relaxing there. The facilities at High Pointe are excellent, from the on-site restaurant (Crabby Steve's) to the beach itself....just wonderful. Rosemary Beach is walking distance with many shops and restaurants. Overall, this condo could easily rate Five Stars with some minor updates to the cabinetry and kitchen amenities.

I would recommend this place. Everything was immaculate from the grounds to the room. The staff was friendly & customer oriented. The only thing that prevented me from a 5 star rating was the Master Bedroom mattress is in need of an upgrade. Otherwise, no complaints. We hope to return soon.

Terrible stay!

Terrible stay! We had no hot water for 2 days until they finally moved us. We used the hot tub outside to rinse off. One bed had hair in it and another bed was full of sand!

Love the daily beach chairs right on ocean as opposed to being two and three rows deep. High Pointe does this right! Crabby Steve's is nice amenity!! Unit was average at best. MBR shower/tub did not drain.

Great location, nice unit.

Great location. On the bike trail. Comfortable master bed. A beautiful unit; however they need to keep up with maintenance issues. A lot of little things either broken or not clean, and they need a curtain in the kitchen that you can't see through. Nice view of pool and partial ocean view. Long walk to beach, and then a very long stairway down to beach.

Grandparents get away

This condo has a lot of pluses: the great location, the view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico and a nice balcony with comfortable furniture , all make for a very relaxed vacation feeling. Each morning we had two beach chairs, a table, and an umbrella already set up for us on the beach, and free bikes. We really had a good time and would be happy to go back to this location. I didn't give it a 5 because of a few minor things, like when I went to do laundry there wasn't any laundry soap, no kleenex, no salt/pepper, and the master bedroom doesn't have a rod to hang clothes, it only has a few shelves.
