A perfect family getaway spot

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The cottage was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully put together—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail had been considered, from board games for the kids to laundry detergent and all the essentials we didn’t even realize we’d need.The communication was phenomenal, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the host—she was so warm and delightful! Her kind energy matched the care and love she clearly put into the space.My family and I felt completely at ease here, and we were genuinely floored by all the thoughtful touches. We will absolutely be back—this little cottage completely stole our hearts!

Just a bit odd to have someone else's food in the fridge and kitchen cupboards. A tip jar in the kitchen for coffee and supplies? There was no sugar for coffee. So many shampoo, etc bottles in the bath. Nice place. A bit pricey.Host was very accommodating.

Gracious Host and lovely space

My mother and sister from out of town stayed here. Close enough to walk to our favorite breakfast place. Terra was available at check in time and always very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend anyone visiting to stay here,

5 day stay!

We loved the property. Everything was clean and super comfortable and Terra was super nice. A really bad thunderstorm came and knocked power out on the entire street and Terra provided us with candles and a special night light for my daughters. Very awesome stay, would highly recommend.

Ionia stole my heart

This town and this apartment were such a great find! This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable vrbo stays we have ever had! The snow made our rest in perfect and our host was so gracious and left so many goodies and items for use all across the home. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well stocked and excellent communication with owner. I only wish we had stayed longer- we will be back!!!

Terra is awesome!

This place is adorable and was very cozy- just perfect for boyfriend and I. It’s really roomy, and the little deck off the kitchen is great. Perfect water pressure, comfy bed, and she even left new toothbrushes in case you forget! We wish we could’ve stayed more than one night, making plans for a longer stay already. Terra is a wonderful host and was so quick to answer my question.

Comfort in Ionia

Warm, comfortable, welcoming after a long flight. Terra was wonderful. Sparkling clean with everything we needed to feel right at home. Mom passed away recently, so we found ourselves homeless in Ionia, A sad time was made so much better finding this little piece of paradise on a quite street 5 minutes from everything. Perfection.

Clean, Comfortable, and Exceptionally Accommodating

We were in town to help organize and attend a wedding, so we were really grateful to have such a comfortable place to stay to unwind at the end of some hectic days. The attention to detail in tidiness and organization in this property was truly very welcome. The property has a kitchen stocked with all the kitchen equipment you may need to prepare your meals, along with a bunch of breakfast staples. Other amenities include a good-sized bathroom with a bath/shower combo and plenty of fresh towels, and a separate washer and dryer. For entertainment, there are two TVs (one in the living area, and one in the main bedroom), a free WiFi connection, and even a selection of board games, which we had fun playing. One thing to keep in mind is that this property is on the upstairs floor of a duplex, so climbing stairs is required to access it, so might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Finally, I would mention that the property manager helped us feel comfortable right from the start of our stay, and made it clear we could speak to them about any needs we may have. This was never required, however, as everything was already taken care of.
