This home is equipped with a central heater and air conditioning.

The Game Room downstairs is equipped with lots of Board Games, a Pool Table, Classic Arcade Games (like Pac-Man), Air Hockey, Foosball and a large TV and etc.

This vacation rental accommodates eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.

The house has five bedrooms, and two are unavailable for guest use. They are leaving three bedrooms for guests to enjoy.

LOCATION

Spend winter days skiing at Heavenly, Sierra, or Kirkwood.

In warmer months, head to El Dorado Beach or tee off at Lake Tahoe or Tahoe Paradise Golf Courses within a 10-minute drive.
Guest access
Parking notes: Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Parking for Units 1 and 3 is on the west(right) side of the front door to the home, and parking for Units 2 and 4 is on the east(left) side of the front door. This home is located on a hill, and AWD/ 4WD and chains may be needed to access this property in the winter months.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Outdoor

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is ten people and four cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to penalties assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets or smoking allowed. Outdoor furniture and BBQ will not be available during snow season.
