Located in a neighborhood with tons of local flavor, just 3 blocks from the newer part of the 5th avenue, which is perfect for walks or jogging. The house is owned by 4 Swedish siblings, who have put their hearts into making this a truly amazing home away from home with lots of amenities, such as high-speed WiFi, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and much more.
The space
This gorgeous one-bedroom house sits on a property with two separate units that share the entrance gate from the street, as well as an area to rinse off sandy feet after a day on the beach. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water that both units may use. This unit has a big private backyard with tropical trees and plants, a huge covered terrace with hammocks, a big table and six chairs. A large combined kitchen/living room area has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a closet with plenty of hangers and a safe as well as a super comfy king size bed and AC for those warm tropical nights. There is also a beautiful and spacious bathroom with double sinks. This house is a true home that guests keep coming back to, and can be combined with a beautiful studio on the same property to host up to 6 people.

Other things to note
Mexico in general is NOT quiet, and Playa del Carmen is no exception. It is common in this area to hear dogs barking, music, street vendors, construction noise, etc. It is usually quiet at night though, as there are no bars or night clubs nearby, but if there is occasional noise, please be aware that I won't be able to do anything about it.
