Great house with plenty of space right on the lake with a dock. The kitchen and main level are designed extremely well for large groups to make meals and socialize. The wine/beer fridge was a huge benefit in giving us more space in the main fridge. Will definitely come back!

House was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 5 children. Great view of the lake. Enjoyed the screened in porch and the new dock. We rented a boat and were able to tie right to the dock in front of the house.

Highly recommended! Our family spent a wonderful 5 nights at this Cherry Lane house. There were 12 of us, ages 10 to 71 with ample space for all. The large kitchen was a great place to make simple meals and the grocery store was only a 10 minute drive away. The large dining table doubled as a great spot for family card games. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lake-- amazing view! The NEW dock was wonderful with a covered portion where we all enjoyed sitting taking in the view and water fun. We carried down lightweight chairs from the fire pit each day, and back at night. The 4 included kayaks got heavy use and there were plentiful floating devices used by all ages. There were life jackets, including for kids. Could barely get the kids to come out of the water for meals! We also rented a floating pad and a couple paddle boards from a local place that delivered the items and picked them up the day we left. Super easy. A wonderful rental for relaxation and water fun! Thanks, host Casey!!

Grad school reunion weekend!

We had a great time… kayaking, swimming, hiking, fireside talks, coffee on the screened-in porch, sunrise on the dock… and Casey was a lovely host! It’s not fancy, it’s very homey and comfortable. Plenty of room for the six of us. Great kitchen, quiet neighborhood. Close to local market. Highly recommend!

Excellent VRBO, great location, clean

This property is located near many stores and grocers. It’s clean and accommodated the 8 friends we had staying there. The outside has a nice fire pit and a brand new dock that we used to keep a pontoon (from the nearby Freedom Boat Club). Inside, the appliances worked fine and appeared relatively new. This is a nice VRBO and highly recommended.

Awesome!!

My friends and I had a great time. We were a group of ladies holding our annual bookclub getaway. Truly enjoyed the view and the home had more than enough space for everyone. We even enjoyed a day at Birkdale Village.

Long Weekend

We had an amazing time at the lake. There were two families of four with kids and young adults and parents. The space was perfect and comfy and the common areas fit everyone nicely. The lake access was priceless and the water toys made it better. We will definitely be back.

Nice Lake House in Good Location

Nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to Denver, Huntersville and Cornelius. The house was very accommodating for 8 adults, but bunk beds are more configured for families with children. Really nice screen in porch. Outstanding lake view to see the morning sunrise. Nice house layout with large sectional, table and kitchen area. Plenty of bathroom facilities.

Perfect vacation

Casey's property is wonderful and he is very responsive. The location is close to everything: boat launch, restaurants, gas stations, etc. When we were not on the water, we spent our time in the outdoor screen room or around the fire pit. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the whole property was recently updated. This was our 2nd stay and we are already looking forward to booking again!

Where do I begin?! Casey’s place is absolutely amazing! Super clean, nicely furnished, & very spacious. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks but it’s so much better in person.
