This beautiful, one-level, open-concept beach retreat is located in the much-desired Inlet Beach Heights (West End of PCB) and is only a 3-minute walk to the convenient 94 & 95 Beach Access points. You are walking distance to the nearest grocery store (0.5 miles) and minutes from Camp Helen State Park (1.7 miles) and Lake Powell for kayaking and paddleboarding. The area has many hiking trails.

Proximity is Key. A short, 3-mile drive west to 30A will transport you to the exclusive shops and eateries of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Watersound, Seagrove Beach & Seaside. A quick 7-mile drive east will carry you to the entertainment hub of Pier Park, inclusive of 124 stores and grand attractions of the movie theatre, Dave & Busters and Laser Tag. Our Beach Cottage is centrally located between two famous coffee & donut shops: Donut Hole in Rosemary Beach and Thomas Donut & Snack Shop in Laguna Beach.

Cleanliness Guarantee
This house is our home and it is very well taken care of. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house rental ourselves so I can guarantee that all sheets, blankets, quilts, and towels are washed after each guest and that the house is expertly cleaned after each guest.

Safety First
The house is equipped with Smart Locks on the front and side doors, Ring security cameras, and motion lights on the corners of the house for your security and for when the house is not rented.

We appreciate you observing the house rules that we put in place. Please take a moment to review them and be a respectful guest.
- The house & property are non-smoking.
- Respect the neighbors & Inlet Heights neighborhood. Keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- The AC Unit must remain on “AUTO” not “ON.” Otherwise, it will freeze up if turned to “ON” and will require a repair visit.
- No events or parties.
- Maximum of 4 vehicles.
