Dieses Haus bietet Ihnen Ruhe und Gelassenheit und ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von fantastischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und anderen Attraktionen entfernt. Unser Haus liegt direkt an der A-30 (nördlich des Golfs) und in der Nähe der Gemeinden Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Watersound und Seaside. Nach Destin gelangen Sie nach einer 25-minütigen Fahrt in Richtung Westen und nach Panama-Stadt nach einer 25-minütigen Fahrt in Richtung Osten.

Das Haus verfügt über einen großen, offenen Wohnbereich mit einem 50-Zoll-Smart-HD-TV mit DVR. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit bieten wir unseren Gästen kostenlose Ferngespräche innerhalb der Vereinigten Staaten und kostenloses WLAN (bringen Sie Ihren eigenen Computer mit). Geräte aus Edelstahl, Granitoberflächen und maßgefertigte Schränke machen die Küche zu einem großartigen Ort, um ein schnelles Essen zuzubereiten oder Familie und Freunde zu unterhalten. Der Essbereich umfasst einen Tisch für 6 Personen und eine Bar für 3 Personen. Darüber hinaus können Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang einfangen, während Sie den Esstisch und die Stühle auf einer Veranda direkt neben dem großen Raum genießen.

Ruhe und Entspannung finden Sie in den drei Master-Suiten (2 Queensize-Betten und 1 Zweibettzimmer) mit eigenem Bad und LCD-Flachbildfernseher. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über 19-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher (einer mit DVD-Player) und einen Nintendo Game Cube (2). Das andere Schlafzimmer (Queen) verfügt über einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ohne DVD-Player. Die Kinder werden es lieben, ihren eigenen Platz zum Abhängen zu haben. Sie genießen auch Spiele auf dem Nintendo Game Cube (in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer). Eine weitere Besonderheit, die dieses Haus einzigartig macht, ist der Etagenbereich, in dem sich ein Satz eingebauter Etagenbetten befindet. Schließlich haben zwei der drei Schlafzimmer einen IPOD / I-Phone Radiowecker mit Ladestation. Es gibt auch ein Zimmer im großen Zimmer im Obergeschoss.

Family tradition

We started staying in magnolia cottages for Thanksgiving week and summer break 8 years ago. We really enjoyed this year at Blue Skies. Close walk to beach. Clean home with plenty of beds, linens, and cookware. Exactly as advertised. Will definitely book again in the future.

Amazing house just steps from the beautiful beach!

Great Neighborhood Short Walk to Beach

Lovely

The location, amenities, and property were exactly what we were looking for. The property was perfect for our family of 5. Outside the crowds right at Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys while being walkable and bikeable to East and west communities. We also enjoyed the access to a private beach where we did not have to fight for a spot during spring break. Another bonus was the majority of renters in this area were families. We felt confident letting our 3 kids go back and forth to the house without us.

Beautiful home in Seacrest

We come to the 30A area often, and this might be our favorite house we’ve rented! It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We typically try to stay on the beach side because of the accessibility with kids. The walk to the beach from this house is very easy, and this is with two toddlers and a 5 year old. Keep in mind you do have to come down a large dune, so be prepared for a lot of steps. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. It was well stocked. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with the living and kitchen upstairs. The home had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful spacious cottage

We enjoyed our stay except for one misleading benefit. We were told we had PRIVATE beach access. When you get down to the beach you are quickly pushed down to the crowded public beach. I have stayed in Magnolia Cottages for several years and have always had PRIVATE beach access. That’s been a big draw for me coming back year after year. Not sure I will be returning because of this BIG change. It really left me with negative overall experience. LOVE the area, quaint cottages and family atmosphere. That needs to be communicated appropriately.

Paradise!

Our family spent a wonderful week at The Corner Cottage. We were the first renters to enjoy all the recent updates, and they were lovely! Great week

We had such a nice stay. The house was just as described and we didn’t have a single issue. We loved the space - perfect for two families of four. The house was super close to the pool and the beach was less than a 5 min walk. The owner was very responsive and helpful - esp when we found ourselves without beach chair rentals at the last minute. The beach was great - not at all crowded as compared to other areas of 30A. Overall a great vacation!

Beach access was just a few minutes away!! Easy to get in and out of neighborhood. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. The pool temperature was amazing. The weather was a little chill. So perfect to sit on the beach then was off and head to the pool!! Great home!! Fabulous location to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary!Home had everything I needed and more for my family of 6! Great Location, Great Cottage, Great Stay!

I stayed with my wife and two kids. Magnolia Cottages are in a quiet location right across from the beach. We had access to the pool and beach was 5 min walk away. Property was well kept and property manager was prompt to reply to a couple questions we had. We enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the area and then grilling out on the charcoal Webber. Grocery store close by and great location for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs as well so this made getting ready a snap and save a lot of time. We’ll seriously consider again for our next visit.

Great location in Magnolia cottages.

Location is really great. Your just diagonally across from the front pool and a 3 minute or less walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. I would suggest renting chairs to make the beach easy. The 4 porches are nice , especially the one off the master bedroom. Very lush back yard area with potted ferns to finish out the isolated feeling all while being only a few steps from the cobblestone roadway. It was fun to spend time out there . The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen. The property manager was courteous and very responsive to anything we asked for.

Perfect spot on 30A!

This house was perfect for our family. The layout worked well for us, and there was more than enough space for our group of five. The communication with the property manager was quick and friendly. We especially appreciated the prompt response after I accidentally broke the glass coffee pot; a new one was brought to us the next morning! The home is lovely and the location is just what we wanted. It is biking distance to the popular spots, but not in the middle of the crowd. We enjoyed cooking in on most nights. The kitchen and dining area was well suited for that. We had a wonderful time!!!

Quick spring break

The property was great, nicely laid out and well furnished. Only issue and a minor one was the fan in the guest bedroom with two twin beds did not work. Either due to mechanical issues, but I think it was battery in remote. Otherwise great, close to everything we love to do. Pool diagonally across street and beach access directly across the road! Last thing I will say and I think it’s an area issue and not the unit but cell reception (Verizon?) was absolutely terrible and quite the challenge in house, parking apps, and in shops and restaurants. 30A needs to step up their infrastructural! Would easily stay here again. Thanks

AMAZING!!

We were very fortunate to have stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time. The neighborhood was busy but quiet. Easy walk to the beach. We had planned on cooking most of our meals, but found several eating establishments close by. But, the kitchen is well equipped for whatever you wished to cook or bake. The photos on the VRBO site do not do it justice. It is very homey and comfortable. We did run short of paper towels and bathroom tissue. And the hand and bath soaps are skimpy. Also, remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Perfect Location...

The house was just as described. It was VERY hot in Florida (we come every year) with over 90% humidity at times. The home did get warm (top floor) during the day but cooled down at night. Homeowner was very responsive when we called questioning if it was something we were doing. He came by while we were out and checked everything to make sure everything was as it should be and was able to adjust the speed on the extremely high ceiling fan. That helped a lot. We would keep the drapes closed during the hottest part of the day as well and kept all shades/drapes closed on bottom floor as well. This kept the house cool. Having TVs in all the rooms was a bonus. We only got rain once while we were here, YAY! The neighborhood is quiet with only families or well behaved adults. There were no issues at all, which I cannot say for some places we have stayed. There is a light going up at Watersound Parkway so we dealt with a LOT of traffic going into Rosemary, opposite end of Seaside. Grocery shop and make lunches. Restaurants were all on an hour or longer wait. One suggestion...there is a motion light at the back entrance but it did not always work and it is VERY DARK in the evenings. Great for sleep but dangerous coming in late.

My husband and I live in Atlanta, GA but we have always loved the beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast. We have vacationed here for many years and always dreamed of owning a home near the beach. In October of 2010, we rented this home and fell in love with it. We expressed an interest in buying it and the owner was interested in selling it. We feel very fortunate that it all worked out and we now own such a lovely home. The previous owner was meticulous with maintaining the home and making it feel like a 'home away from home' for all her guests. We are hoping to do the same!
