HOME LOCATION
Located on 36th St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach boardwalk right out front on 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Memorial Day Weekend Stay - 2023
The space itself was great for a large group. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. The down side - unfortunately, there were not enough towels for the group, the refrigerator and freezer were not working. The pillows and linens were old and stained. I called for refrigerator repair and additional supplies. The operations folks were very kind but no one showed up till the end of the day. For the price, it lacked some basic creature comforts. But, I do want to reiterate that it was a very nice space for a large group and the location worked for us.

The property is in the very best location … parking is a nightmare, the garages listed are not equips for anything other than a small car. The property is great, I can’t imagine if there was another Tennant in any of the units, you would hear them and see them we rented the whole thing- they need to provide more towels - we had a large group and between the beach and showering we ran out of towels I had to go buy some . They also should install hooks so there aren’t towels draped over every surface drying / it is difficult to find a large party rental in this area/ and small details like having a place to put a soggy towel makes a difference- overall…. It was an amazing location and easy access to all things - I wouldn’t say it’s suitable for a romantic or a luxury experience…. But it’s amazing for a family or a group of kids - I would rent again knowing what to expect!

Great Location - nice property
We rented all three units for a family vacation and it worked out well. There was enough separation where we weren’t all over each other but the first floor was a great gathering spot for everyone.
This house is a block from the beach at the end of the board walk. Restaurants, shops and the pier are all within walking distance.
Interior is a little dated but clean and well maintained.
The owner was very responsive when we were given the incorrect door codes so there was minimal delay in getting into the house.

Beautiful house and incredible location!
This house was perfect for our family! We were steps from the beach and could watch the sunset from the patio. The kitchen was great for cooking. lots of meals, we played games, put together a puzzle and enjoyed cocktails on the patio. Rooms were sizable, beds comfortable and the family area was big. Would definitely come back!
