Sizeable heated pool with optional heating to 82 degrees (extra nightly fee ranges based upon the month for the check in date $150 per night in April/Oct, $200 per night Feb/Nov/March, & $225 per night for Dec/Jan). In ground 8 person Hot Tub optional heating to 102 degrees (extra nightly fee ranges based upon the month for the check in date - $50 per night (June - Sept) & $100 per night (Oct - May). Enormous backyard patio, huge u-shaped outdoor bar/kitchen, and stand alone shade structure

The backyard and pool are one of the best that you will find. Some Hotel Pools and Spas are not as big. A brand new painted pickleball court with lights, half court basketball, 2 goal soccer field, croquet, bocce, baseball tee/gloves/whiffle balls, cornhole, oversized putting green, large gazebo with TV, wrap around outdoor bar, back patio with a TV, 2 grills, billiards room, 3 ice machines, 10 TVS in total, fully stocked kitchen, all bedroom/bathroom towels/linens/soaps are included. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Central location to North and South Scottsdale, Arcadia, and everywhere in Paradise Valley.

- By law, the Town of Paradise Valley requires any and all rental guests to sign an Agreement outside of the booking website channel used to obtain your reservation.
- This Agreement will be emailed to the Guest for review and signature before the reservation is confirmed and before home entry.

Paradise Valley is a town that is quiet and peaceful. We respect our neighbors, and we do not host weekend party crews. This is why we are strict on our minimum night requirement of 5 nights, no street parking at all, and absolutely no events, weddings, or gatherings of over 14 people. We do not allow outdoor noise of any kind that disturbs the neighbors at any hour of the day, and especially between Town quiet hours of 10pm and 7am. We will remove noisy guests, police will be called, citations will be given, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for guests that do not follow our rules.

The Town of Paradise Valley borders Scottsdale on the East border and Phoenix on the North and South Borders. A vehicle is recommended, but plenty of Ubers are also around. The home is about 2 miles West of Scottsdale rd (the main tourist road in Scottsdale). The home is about 5 miles North of Camelback Road (the main tourist road in Phoenix). The Town Of Paradise Valley is centrally located and it is easy to get to all major tourist destinations in Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Phoenix.

NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO WEDDINGS. MAXIMUM GUEST LIMIT IS 14 (EVEN IF THE GUESTS ARE VISITING JUST FOR THE DAY). IF MORE THAN 14 PEOPLE ARE ON THE PROPERTY AT ANYTIME, WE WILL CALL THE POLICE, END THE RESERVATION, FORCE GUESTS TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY, AND NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.

NO STREET PARKING AT ALL, EVEN DURING THE DAY

The Hot Tub and Pool operate on separate heaters! So, we can heat the pool and heat the hot tub at the same time. This is very rare for single family homes! Most homes share a heater for both the pool and hot tub, so they can only heat one body of water at a time - but we can heat both at thew same time! Optional pool heating to 82 degrees (extra nightly fee ranges based upon the month for the check in date $150 per night in April/Oct, $200 per night Feb/Nov/March, & $225 per night for Dec/Jan). In ground 8 person Hot Tub optional heating to 102 degrees (extra nightly fee ranges based upon the month for the check in date - $50 per night (June - Sept) & $100 per night (Oct - May). If Hot Tub heating is elected, management will turn on the ability for the Hot Tub to work. Once activated, there is a button on the wall near the pool equipment (the button is past the Ping Pong table, through the gate, and under the American Flag). Guests press the button once for two hours of hot tub heat. The hot tub will take about 45 minutes to reach 102 degrees, and the heat will automatically shut off after two hours. If pool heat is elected, maintenance will visit and turn on the pool heater to 82 degrees (we do not offer pool heat above 82 degrees). The pool heater is locked out by code from guest control. When pool heat is elected, it takes 24 hours for the pool to get to temperature of 82 degrees.

Firewood for the master bedroom is NOT INCLUDED with the reservation. Local grocery stores sell firewood.

Smores, beverages, and the Tiki Bar included in home photos are not included with the reservation.
If the police are called due to partying or excessive noise and issue a citation, that amount will be debited from your security deposit.
