We provide a five-star check-in and tour of the home, elevated concierge services, immaculate cleanliness standards, deluxe resort-style towels and linens, and access to the best massage therapists, personal chefs, tour guides, and childcare in the Scottsdale area.
NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:
⦁ We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
⦁ A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
⦁ NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
⦁ Standard Occupancy is limited to (16) with Max Occupancy limited to (20), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
⦁ No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
⦁ A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
⦁ Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
⦁ Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
