Wow. Simply wow.

This is an amazing property for your group. We just had four lovely days there, and Dale was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Our group does some meetings twice a year at different places, and this for sure is one of my top two that we’ve ever had. Although we had a few glitches, Dale was incredibly quick to deal with them appropriately and timely. This is definitely one of the best places in the Phoenix area to rent for large groups! We will be back!

We were very happy with the proerty. It had more than enough room. The back yard area was huge with plenty to do. It was pristine clean. They were very attentive, getting back to me in minutes.Good job.

This property was exactly as represented in the photos. The backyard is like a resort. The home was very will stocked and extremely clean. The property manager answered any questions we had very quickly. We will be back!

Wonderful house!!! Great pool!!!

Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and enjoy! House was very clean and,organized. The pool was by far the best part and our 4 kids (ages 4, 6, 14,& 15) had the best time!! Dale was very responsive!! Excellent communication!! We would definitely stay again!

College friends weekend

The property is highly suitable to a large group with enough king sized beds for 9 guys to each have their own, but flexibility to split many of them into 2 twin beds as well , if you have more. The common areas are spacious and the whole house is comfortable and well laid out. It has all the amenities for relaxing after a day of hiking or biking or other activities, and is convenient to Scottsdale.

Family Thanksgiving Week!

Our whole family of 16 stayed comfortably at the house. The pool and slide were a blast for the kids. The outdoor grill kitchen was put to good use. Each family had their own room and bath. The game and pool rooms were also used and enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, platters and serving bowls with a nice selection of spices too. The house is close to so many things To Do. 🦃

This property provides a complete escape from the daily routines. The home is very well appointed, clean and abundantly spacious. The pool area is something to experience, day and night. Delightful

With two kids everything about he outdoor pool was so enchanting. Daily for two weeks the kids found something new and enchanting in the grotto and waterfall and yard. The house is well stocked with a lot space. Perfect for settling in. And the location is so central to everything, yet feels for remote. It is very unique. The neighborhood is very nice to walk thru at night. Property was easy to check into. The team quickly worked though any issues we had during the stay We would like to come back again.

We booked this property from December 4-9 for a family trip for our Mom's 60th Birthday. We had 8 adults, 1 17 year old, and 1 one year old. The house is huge, so big that we had one room that didn't even get occupied. Location is 10/10, close to shopping, golf, and everything we wanted to do. Driveway is huge, we had 2 rental vehicles and easily could have fit more. Only 2-3 things about the property kept me from giving in 5 stars. 1. A couple of the showers were so scalding hot it was hard to stay in to wash your hair, and a couple took forever to warm up. 2. The beds, with them being twins pushed together, a couple of the bedrooms had a big fitted sheet over the mattresses, but the sheet wasn't large enough and kept sliding off leaving you laying directly on the mattrress. Dale, the property manager was amazing, great to communicate with and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! For the one year old we had, it was amazing that there were a couple high chairs, 3 play pens, and even a stroller if need be! Would definitely stay on this property in the future and reccommend to friends.

Great stay!

Our group of two families loved the property. Our children especially enjoyed the amazing pool area, with grotto, fast slide and swim up bar. We also appreciated the large outdoor table and misters and had fun with the pool table and games. The home was nice, large and kitchen well stocked with olive oil and spices. Our only problem was the air conditioner did not work at all in one of the bedrooms and two other rooms were warm. Fortunately, our children were able to share beds in other rooms, so we were okay. The manager was very responsive and gave us the option of sending out a repairman while we were there (we declined due to COVID) and said he would get it fixed before the next group arrived. Overall, great stay. We’d love to return!

Property needs work

The house is nice and big for large families, however it was very dirty walking on the floors, your feet were black and the kitchen sink was padded with food as it hadnt been cleaned which makes us wonder if the sheets were clean/ bathrooms were cleaned or just wiped over? The one bathroom had a glass door that was shattered and there was glass bits found on the carpet in the attached bedroom which we stepped on! The master shower was ice cold as it seems the heat knob was broke and seemed to be for while! Other showers were overly hot so hard to use!! We knew the pool temp would be cooler as we didnt request the heat on figuring it was 100 degrees should had been warm ...but the hot tub was very cold and never heated up and if that was in the charge to have pool heated that needs to be noted as we were looking forward to the hot tub! Dale and Shawn were good to respond by email and appreciated that, the house is nice and property itself and location, just feel the house needs to be better maintained. Loose tiles around the pool and tripped a couple times so those should be fixed before someone really gets hurt! Also knowing we needed to supply somethings on our own, Also feel for the cost there could be a little more cleaning supplies and garbage bags and kleenex as we had to but that right way! Spectacular property. Excellent communication with property manager.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. The tile work was some of the nicest I’ve ever seen. Rooms were spacious and the amenities were top-notch. The kids loved the intercom system. The house was well stocked with basics - bathroom supplies, coffee, soap for dishes and laundry, even a couple of bottles of wine. However, the temperature control in the house is less than perfect and certainly will need to be addressed for the hotter months. Thankfully, the weather during our stay was temperate enough but freezing hallways and warm bedrooms are not ideal. Also, the ice maker was not working. A bag of ice was provided but apparently it has been broken long enough to be noted-and apologized for - in the house guide. I understand some things can be hard to fix during peak season when guests are going and coming on the same day (HVAC revamp) but an appliance repair could be managed during the six hours set aside for housekeeping between guests. The backyard amenities were first class - gorgeous pool (generous supply of pool towels provided), outdoor kitchen, hot tub, misting system, fire ring, plenty of table space. They even provided putters and balls for the golf green. Our family of 7 agree that it was almost perfect and that we will definitely go back.

Loved Your Oasis

Your Oasis is a large home with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for our family (10 people). There were spaces for those who wanted quiet time with privacy, while others used the pool table or game room. The home is located in convenient distance to many attractions & the airport. We old folks from small-town Iowa didn’t have any trouble navigating. The younger adults used Lyft and got a kick out of riding in the Waymo driverless cars!Everyone loved hanging out in the pool in the afternoons.The slide and fountains were a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was a nice way to relax before heading inside.We had a couple of minor plumbing issues during our stay, but the property management sent someone over to fix them in a reasonable time.Everyone had a great time. The five-year-old was very sad the day we all left!

Beautiful property. In excellent condition, clean and well stocked. Great layout for our extended family group. Very nice quiet neighborhood and central convenient location. Fun outdoor space. We hope to return!

Mom’s Getaway

I stayed at this location with 8 friends and it was an amazing property! We loved the pool and swim up bar and hot tub. Everything was in working order and so easy to use! The house was so clean and beautiful! All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and we loved that we could choose to have twin size beds. Overall, would love to come back to this property! So beautiful!!

Wonderful home and host!

This home accommodated our group of 12 (3 families) amazingly well. The flexibility to designate bed set up (king vs twin) in each room was a nice option. The outdoor space and pool were simply the best. Kids in our group ranged from 8-15 and there was something for everyone. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Dale was wonderful and extremely responsive.

Wonderful Home!

We visited Scottsdale for a family reunion. The home was perfect! Very well stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds, the most awesome pool with slide, outdoor kitchen and putting green. We used all of the amenities. Dale, the owner, was always available to answer questions. We couldn't have asked for more.

Such a nice fun place to stay

The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the outside the most. The bedrooms were roomy with ample bedding. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. The outdoor kitchen was amazing! We loved our time in the pool and just being in the nice weather. The manager was very attentive to a few issues we had and did his best to help fix things..

Great property and stay.

Beautiful property. Only a couple small issues. Quick response from management. GREAT location, beautiful pool, fire pits, etc. Would definitely recommend!
