Luxurious Hamptons retreat. . Property is private and backs up to protected land. Home completely renovated. Fully stocked chefs kitchen. Viking Appliances, Quartz Countertops. Master suite has a King Bed, den/office an En suite marble spa bathroom double sink stand up shower spa jetted tub. Large double closets. Each of the other 3 bedrooms are pristine, bright and cheery. 2nd floor has a full size bathroom with tub.
The space
Exquisite and Pristine Home in the Hamptons. Cathedral Ceilings, Skylights in living room. A 65" TV for those cozy movie nights. Open Floor plan enters into the dining room & Fully Stocked Chefs Kitchen w/ Hi End Stainless Steel appliances.

Amenities includes: Luxurious Spa Like Master suite on first floor with a private den/office and an incredible en suite marble bathroom, double sink, a spa jetted tub and a separate stand up shower. A 20X40 pool is maintained by our pool service once a week only. Pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The truly spacious and well lit interior features, a huge living room with a 65” Smart TV and fireplace for maximum coziness. during those family movie nights. A formal dining area, a fully equip modern kitchen to prepare delicious meals with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. There's a 1/2 Bath on the first floor for as well.

The backyard is professionally decorated and includes a gas grill for you and your family to create meals and memories while enjoying the peaceful parklike setting and large in-ground swimming pool. It's perfect for an extended family vacation.
This stunning luxury home is everything you could possibly want . Home is located within a 4 minute drive to upscale shops, beaches and restaurants.

Walk, bike or drive around neighborhood. Bikes not included but welcome. Minutes to the Beaches, Westhampton Beach Town, North Fork Wineries, Southampton Golf. Walk to Quogue Wildlife Refuge and Preserve

Hugh and his guests were a pleasure to host, and we’re so glad they enjoyed their weekend in the Hamptons and made great use of the pool and outdoor space. The group was a bit more lively than usual, and we did receive some feedback from neighbors regarding noise. We kindly remind all guests that our town has quiet hours and local regulations around outdoor noise, which we do our best to communicate and enforce so everyone — including our neighbors — can enjoy a peaceful environment. Quogue vacation

The house was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was clean and heated. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

Great stay

We had a lovely stay. The home was exactly as advertised. Laura was a responsive host and provided helpful recommendations for nearby beaches. (There are 3 public beaches nearby within a ~15min drive.) Would stay here again!

Beautiful home in Quoque

My group and I truly enjoyed our stay! Laura was super responsive and overall extremely helpful host. The house and pool are beautiful and can comfortably accommodate large groups. Very close drive to the beach and Westhampton downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous getaway

This was our first time renting a VRBO as a family. We could not have been happier. Laura is a fabulous host. The house looks exactly as it does in the picture. There was no amenity that was missed. the main floor. Master suite was huge and private. The backyard had multiple seating areas with a beautiful, clean, huge pool We are hoping to make this an annual event

Frustrating

We could not communicate and were not able to get a good understanding of the lay out. The outside of the house was not safe to let our dog out. The pictures are misleading and the common areas are much smaller than they appear. The mattress pad in the master bedroom is made of plastic and krinkles when you move around. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen, just a hood that goes to nowhere, so the fire alarm kept going off when we were cooking. There was a cleaning fee so we did not clean up much, just our garbage. The owner accused us of scratching the stainless steel viking stove which we certainly did not do. Their are cameras so the owner should have known that did not scratch the stove. I took forever to get hot water. Clearly this is an investment property with an inexperienced owner. We have done may VRBO rentals have only written good reviews in the past.

Our home offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, an En Suite Master Bedroom w/ a Den/ Office and a huge Luxurious marble bathroom with both a standup shower and an oversized spa tub for those relaxing baths. We offer a fully stocked Chefs kitchen with Stainless Steel Viking Appliances and everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one while cooking for family and friends creating those memories. Kitchen is adorned with Quartz countertops and a large Kitchen Island with bar stools letting you hang out while entertaining. Home has beautifully finished hardwood floors, A large living room with a wood fireplace. Living room has 3 sliding glass doors that exit out onto our deck overlooking our 20x40 inground heated swimming pool.

Our home is professionally decorated with exquisite attention to detail. Our home offers our guests a retreat with luxurious linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Luxurious shampoos, conditioners and body soaps. Soft Linens, comfortable beds Lots of pillows for those sweet dreams.

Entertaining backyard with a large deck , 20x 40 Inground Heated Pool. Outdoor Table and Chairs, Chaise Lounge Chairs, a BBQ for Summertime grilling. Yard decorated with flowers and fresh herbs.
