Lovingly named "Sea La Vie", this bright and sun drenched ranch style beach house straddling the East Quogue/Hampton Bays border offers the perfect Hamptons getaway. With a heated pool in your backyard, a 4 minute walk to the bay beach, and a 10 minute drive to the ocean beaches, your summer vacation dreams in the Hamptons are now a reality. A nautical theme runs through three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open floor plan leads from a bright and airy living room to a large back yard, with heated pool, deck, outdoor shower, BBQ and plenty of space to entertain. Close to trendy restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, and minutes away from the hottest towns and locales of the Hamptons, and also the North Fork with its vineyards, wineries and farms. You will find yourself thinking, wow... this place is perfect.

Master Bedroom has en suite full bathroom, and a king sized bed.
Second Bedroom has a queen sized bed.
Third bedroom has a full sized bunk bed with built in trundle bed. Both bottom and top bunk have full sized mattresses, and the trundle bed is a twin sized mattress.

Two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. A kitchen with all your cooking needs, and a washer/dryer in the basement. Heated pool, and large green yard. Perfect for a family vacation in the Hamptons.

This was our 3rd year staying at Sea La Vie. We love everything about the house especially the large outdoor pool area. It makes a great spot for entertaining family. Imran and Sarah are very easy to contact and quick to respond. Can’t say enough about this great home!

Wonderful Stay

Sea la Vie is a perfect Hamptons getaway. The house is homey and the backyard pool area is a relaxing and peaceful. Located near many great restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Imran is a super host who was available for anything we needed. Can’t wait to go back !

Beautiful home

This is our second year staying at Sea La Vie and it was just as wonderful as last year. Property is beautifully maintained, the pool area is large and great for barbecuing. Imran and Sarah are great hosts . Highly recommend !

Great house; great owner support - heated pool is Aces!!

Perfect location for the friends & family who joined us for a milestone birthday celebration - house is comfortable, well-stocked and exactly as described; owner is incredibly helpful and fast to respond; heated pool in a spacious tree-shaded backyard is a city-dwellers dream - thanks for a great two-week stay.

Relaxing short stay

We were able to relax for a few days in "Sea la vie" and enjoy the wonderful pool and the house equipped with everything necessary and more. Even in rainy weather we were not bored, because in addition to reading, gaming Netflix is available on all 3 TVs:-)

We had a fantastic stay at Sea La Vie! The house was exactly as pictured clean, stylish, and well equipped for a relaxing weekend. Imran was an outstanding host and he stayed in touch throughout our trip and even shared some great local recommendations that we really appreciated.The location is perfect it is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet just a quick Uber ride away from all the great restaurants, bars, and attractions. One of the highlights was definitely the backyard. The private pool and outdoor space felt like our own little getaway, and we spent a lot of time soaking it all in.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing well-located retreat. We'd love to come back!

Perfect beach getaway

We had an amazing week at this house. Very easy living. House was clean. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was such a treat. Great location - loved walking in the neighborhood and it was convenient to everything. And for those not familiar with the area, the property owners laid out everything in a convenient guide.

The pool was phenomenal once we figured out how to turn the heat on (it was unseasonably cool for August)! The kids stayed in it all day. The backyard was beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The outdoor shower was also such a luxury and has great water pressure.In terms of the house, the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was not geared towards people who cook a lot (I had to buy a cheese grater), but it was serviceable. The living room set up is not great for watching TV, but the TV was nice and big. There were ample sheets and towels, and we definitely made use of the washer and dryer. The only other issue we had was the number of insects that got into the house (ants, spiders, etc).The owner was traveling while we stayed there, and while he did get back to me when I had questions, sometimes it took a few hours. He was very helpful, though.Overall, though, I’d definitely stay there again!

We had the most spectacular family vacation at this Hamptons home! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described on VRBO—and somehow even better. The house itself was immaculate and had every comfort we could have possibly wanted. The backyard and pool were absolutely spectacular. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, yet just minutes away from the beach, pickleball courts, wonderful restaurants, and shops.The location couldn’t have been more perfect for both relaxation and exploring—with the zoo, aquarium, and so much more nearby. Our family loved how easy it was to get to the beach, although the backyard pool was hard to leave! In the evenings, we enjoyed dining in the backyard or at fantastic local spots just a short drive away.The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay—always available for any neighborhood recommendations, questions and making sure everything was seamless. It made us feel so welcome and at ease.Truly, this home gave us everything we could have hoped for and more. We left with wonderful family memories and are already looking forward to coming back. We would book this house again and again without hesitation—it’s an absolute gem!

totally relaxing stay with everything that is needed

Very friendly and easy contact. The object was with large, heated (if needed) and clean private pool that is serviced each week. Pool towels were available. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay (except food, of course). Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby (5 min drive). Beautiful beach 15 min away. I can highly recommend this object and we like to come back soon.

Great Stay!

We spent a weekend here with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The pool is amazing and the house is stocked with all the essentials, even toys for the kids which was a very pleasant surprise! Imran sent us detailed directions to several beach options (all within a 15 min drive) along with pros and cons of each. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. It was a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is close to several beaches, farms and vineyards. The owners were super responsive, had great suggestions for restaurants and went above and beyond when it came to helping us enjoy our stay. The heated pool was the best - everyone loved splashing and relaxing all day.

Wonderful Home!

My family and I enjoyed our two week vacation at this home! House is well stocked and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the wonderful backyard and heated pool. Amazing nama‘stay’ at the beach

Loved our two-week family vacation at the house! We enjoyed the beautiful backyard - the pool, grill and large table with umbrella. The owner was responsive by answering texts quickly and offering great suggestions for meals out around Hampton Bays. It’s a quick drive to Ponquogue Beach and great neighborhood to walk around. We’d be glad to come back next summer!
