Classic cottage in downtown Harbor Springs. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch with Lake Michigan views. An enjoyable 10 minute walk will bring you to Harbor's restaurants and shopping, Zorn Park beach, and all that downtown has to offer.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The primary bedroom and guest room include queen Casper mattresses; the 3rd bedroom currently serves as an office and has a trundle bed that is ideal for kids. The main level includes a spacious kitchen and dining table. The living room overlooks the front porch and includes a gas fireplace, enjoyable for all seasons.

The backyard is private, surrounded by lush landscaping and privacy hedges. Rental of the property gives you access to a Weber gas grill, seating on the deck for 8+, and a backyard firepit.

This is a beautiful quintessential northern Michigan home in a beautiful quintessential northern MI town. The home is cozy, clean and comfortable. Wonderful stay in Harbor Springs at this perfectly located home. Easy walk to town, beach and kids also loved the playground and pickleball courts one block west. Loved coffee on the front porch with lake views!

The owner was very responsive and made the experience easy. The house is cozy and welcoming and has everyhing that one would need for a trip to Harbor Springs. It is an easy walk to town or away from town down the lake. It is all very charming—also very easy drive in and then out to other sites. The owner gives great recommnedations for things to do in case you need some help. If it is available, I'm unsure why we would go anywhere else. If you are a pet owner there is a dog friendly beach a short minute walk down the street. Also nice walk for non-dog owners.

John was a terrific host and the home is walkable to downtown, the beach, marina, and more. The only negative was the traffic noise, the house is at a major intersection where traffic comes into town and from the marina area. I will say that the noise subsides after 6pm.

Terrific home near town and beach

The home is furnished with style and class. The front porch provides a great spot for morning coffee or evening glass of wine (and 4th of July parade watching!). It is conveniently located down the street from Zoll Street Park/Beach, and an easy walk to town for shops, dining, docks, etc.

Cute cottage, walked everywhere!! We only drove the car to go to the grocery store and to visit Petoskey. Great view sitting on the front porch. Incredibly responsive and welcoming host. Would absolutely come back!

Really nice location, 10min drive to Boyne Highlands & a really easy walk to downtown Harbor Springs. Communication with host was really easy, responded quickly. You're right on main st. as you come into harbor springs, so it can be a bit noisy with cars, didn't bother us but it could be an issue for others. House was really clean & we loved we could bring our dog with us, would stay here again.

Just the right spot in Harbor Springs

This was the right size house in the right location in Harbor Springs. The location on Main Street was a little busy with traffic but perfect for viewing the start of the 4th of July Parade and night time fireworks. Short walk into town. Bright and sunny house. We loved that it was dog friendly with mostly enclosed back yard and parks nearby. Owner was great at communicating.

Lovely home in wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was so charming! We utilized the large, wrap porch regularly for meals and hanging out. And we loved the location close to Zoll Beach and Weque. Northern Michigan is a magical place in the summer! We had a wonderful time exploring all that the region has to offer while staying at the cottage! Our family of 4 ( golden doodle) enjoyed long walks along the waterfront, to the dog beach, or into town for ice cream, movies, and dinner. We had front row seats to the 4th of July parade and views of the fireworks from the front porch! Our family enjoyed day-trips to: Wilderness State Park, Cross Village, Mackinac Island, Charlevoix, Walloon Lake, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Leeland/Suttons Bay and Traverse City. A beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The home is well appointed and well stocked with everything you need while away from home. The backyard and front porch make this cottage feel much larger with all the additional outdoor space. John and Elle were responsive hosts for anything that came up during our stay. We look forward to returning again next summer!

Lovely little house in downtown Harbor Springs!

This 2 bedroom home was just what we needed for a quick, last minute get away. The hosts were most accomodating. A lovely backyard and large expansive front porch offered many gathering options. Unlike many homes on this street we had a great view of the bay, pooch beach and a lovely park. AC and ceiling fans provided a great breeze throughout the home. The street can get a tad busy during the early AM and later PM as tourists and workers shuttle to and fro from downtown but it was a minor inconvenience! It's a lovely stay.

A perfect Harbor Springs Home!

We had a last-minute cancellation with another Vrbo home (poor family, their well broke). So I reached out day of and they were kind enough to let me book! John responded right away giving clear, helpful instructions! (I was a bit paniced from the major plan change lol). WOW The house was absolutely perfect, well stocked, with lovely amenities, and just a very peaceful home ❤️ Just with me and my husband needed for a little winter getaway. Highly recommend Hope to come here again!
