Downtown Oasis one min walk from beach, park, farmers market, and boutique shopping at its finest. Whether you came for the lake, hills or just to soak up the best town ever, this is the place for you. We do not offer refunds so please be sure before you book your stay.

A sunny cottage that sleeps eight with plenty of light and cozy porch and outdoor dining table. A natural vibe where boho chic meets preppy understated minimalism, with hardwood floors throughout, a soaking tub, a backyard grill, fenced yard, flower garden, large mudroom with heated floor (perfect for skiers) and many other amenities.

Light-filled retreat with a great location

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house. The house is in a terrific location and the common spaces are comfortable, stylish, and get great daylight. We loved sitting on the porch with cocktails and watching the world go by!

We had a wonderful time at Heather and Kevin’s home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the porch was lovely to sit out on in the mornings and early evenings. Heather was available for any questions and left a sweet welcome note and gift. I highly recommend! We will be back!

Cottage Charm in the heart of town

we stayed for the week and had a hard time leaving.. this beautifully renovated cottage is in the heart of town in Harbor Springs. Location, Location, Location.. all the amenities you need for a wonderful get a way. the pictures tell you exactly what you get and if you are fortunate to get away -- this is a must stay and we have high standards - so you will not be disappointed

FANTASTIC house and location in downtown Harbor Springs

The owners have done a wonderful job decorating and outfitting this lovely, comfortable home in a perfect location in downtown Harbor Springs. The bright, airy living space indoors is fabulous, with lots of seating and open space that accommodated our family perfectly. The house is immaculate, and very well-maintained. The front porch, outdoor table, and fenced yard were added bonus. We highly recommend this property, and hope to rent it again for years to come.

Great house, great location!

Perfect place for family get away. House was VERY clean. Well appointed kitchen with large eating area. It's a one block walk into town. 2 main bedrooms on the main floor (could accommodate 2 couples). Basement has a bedroom with 2 queens and a bedroom with bunk beds. This was our 1st VRBO experience. The entire process was simply and user friendly. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We were very impressed with the house and will definitely go back. Dave B (Beverly Hills, Mi.)

Great home away from home for our ski weekend.

We choose this house for a ski weekend at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Both resorts were just a quick, easy drive away. My favorite part about this house was the front room with all it's windows that allowed the sunlight to brighten our days and the fireplace to warm our evenings. Kevin was a gracious host with superb communication before, during and after our stay. This house is located just a couple blocks from downtown Harbor Springs. We really enjoyed walking around to the shops, bakeries and restaurants. I imagine this would be a really great house and location during the summer months with it's proximity to Lake Michigan. Thanks again Kevin for making our weekend awesome!

Sweet Spot in Harbor Springs

Our family of four had a great week in Harbor Springs with this sweet cottage as home base! The light-filled living room and kitchen made it a joy to spend time there, and the porch was a nice spot for a cup of coffee or reading a book in the delightful weather. Our kids (11 & 14) loved being able to walk or ride bikes into town on their own, grabbing donuts at Johan's, ice cream at Yummies, or movie at the theater. This was a perfect spot to enjoy all that Harbor Springs has to offer!

Convenient and comfortable!

This house had just about everything we needed and in a very central location. Beautiful yard and extra touches! We appreciated the 2 large bathrooms and half bath, as well as large living area with lots of seating. Outdoor porch area was cozy and inviting! With the beautiful weather, flowers, access to beach and woods, we thought we were in a summer wonderland!

We had never been to Harbor Springs before. This house was tastefully decorated and large layout. The beds are ver comfortable and come with nice linens. Kitchen well equipped, updated bathrooms, and nice amenities all around. Location was perfect for getting into town and the beach.

Amazing in every way! Perfect location.

This property is outstanding! It is so close to everything we wanted to do and the downtown area. There was plenty of space for all of the guests. The neighbors were so kind and welcoming as well. 10/10 recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!
