This is a beautiful well maintained home with all the right amenities. Beds were very comfy. It was close to town and the public beach. Our family loved our stay here.

Townside Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Villa along with son's family - great location, some initial small issues (broken coffee pot, stained towels) but these were quickly resolved by the Graham Management staff. Easy access to downtown for shopping/eating (love Gurneys sandwiches and Toms Moms cookies), city docks for boat watching, city beach/playground (favorite for grandkids!), and it's a great place to start bike rides and walks. Really appreciated access to garage for bikes and small dinghy, and to ease packing for return home in a light rain

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this house! It’s super close to downtown Harbor Springs so we were to able to walk into town multiple times (highly recommend checking out the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market). There was plenty of space fo the 4 of us to spread out, and have our own room. Kitchen was well equipped, but as others noted it could have a few more plates/silverware settings. Kids already asked when we can come back.

We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen clean with all essentials. I would look into updating the sheets, pillows and bath linens but were acceptable for our 5-day stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is conveniently located within walking distance of dining, shopping, water activities. Lovely furnishings and amenities. Plenty of room to relax. I especially enjoyed the spacious porch including comfortable chairs and settees. The only thing lacking was linens; not enough towels and no extra blankets or pillows for the beds also, very few dishes and serving bowls and platters in the kitchen.

Harbor Springs House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful home and fantastic location but there were a few inconveniences. The master bathroom shower was inoperable (appeared that the water was completely cut off to the shower), several light bulbs were out, the interior large Roman shade in the guest bedroom didn’t raise, and so couldn’t look out the window. The Mr Coffee machine was disappointing in such a high-end rental. The hot water was scalding...was able to adjust the water heater in the basement. The folder stated to follow directions to use the fireplace, but no directions were available. The front porch was so pretty, but with the cold weather, unfortunately it couldn’t be used. Would recommend possibly winterizing the porch like the neighbors have done to make it year-round accessible. Also didn’t realize from the pictures how close the other houses are. Really appreciate use of the garage and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need. Beautiful furnishings throughout. Would recommend property with minor improvements.
