In Belding, transportation is diverse, catering to different preferences and needs. Private vehicles are a popular choice due to well-maintained roads and available parking facilities. Walking is a pleasant option for short distances, especially in the charming downtown area. Biking is also encouraged, thanks to bike-friendly routes, and rentals are available locally. Please note that there are multiple steps leading to the entrance, making it inaccessible for wheelchairs.

Guests should bring their own beach towels and water toys. Additionally, guests are allowed to bring their own boats or jet skis and use the dock in front of the home, with the public boat launch located nearby.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a security $1,000 security deposit.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.
