Amy, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the lakefront cottage, sandy beach, and all the complimentary lake equipment we provide. We appreciate your suggestions and would like to clarify a few points for future guests. As our listing states we do provide towels, toilet paper, and basic hand soaps. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, as many guests prefer to bring their own. For your stay, we supplied multiple sets of bath towels, additional towels in the guest bathroom closet, two bags of beach towels in the laundry room, hand soaps throughout the home, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. While we strive to provide guests with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we provide an ample starter supply of consumable items, as outlined in our listing. Regarding the candles, thank you for pointing that out—we'll be adding battery checks for those items to our cleaner's checklist. We'll also follow up with our cleaning team regarding the dishes to ensure everything is thoroughly checked between stays. We will look into the window seal for our brand new portable ac unit installed in the game room 2 weeks prior to your visit to make sure no bugs are getting in. As for the furniture and mattress, we understand that comfort is subjective and can vary from guest to guest. The primary bedroom mattress was purchased within the last couple of years, and many guests have found it comfortable, but we appreciate hearing your perspective as we continue to evaluate future updates.
